I'm not sure if ommission of middle name will affect your evaluation. When I evaluated my Bsc with ICES, even though I have three names in my certificate,their report came without the middle name, and when I contacted them, they said the important ones are first and last name.

I'm currently doing my Wes evaluation for 2 or more degrees BSC and OND. But the problem is my middle name was ommited from my OND result in 2012/13 session and now my skul is refusing to acknowledge the letter I wrote to them for adding of name. I'm yet to send the transcript to wes tho for evaluation bkaux of this issue.
Please what's the best way to tackle this issue so my result can be evaluated properly as two or more degrees without the ECA report showing discrepancies in name.

Should I obtain a letter from my school stating that I'm also the bearer of the middle name. If I should do this, who should I send the letter to and where. Is it in the space for one certificate or another portal I don't currently know off; just a guess tho.

Please anybody with a decent idea or experience should help me out. I'm in a state of dilemma its been disturbing me ever since,I'm stuck.

Photocopy? Wes or other evaluation bodies don't accept transcript from individuals, it most be sent directly from your school with the seal unbroken. It most be original.

Use march 2021. If it's not correct Wes will write the appropriate one in your report.

Your transcript is to be sent directly from the school.
For the year, use the date stated on your certificate.

Don't forget to upload a scanned copy of your certificate on the appropriate space on the Wes website




1. How do I go about from this page. I'm I to add credentials? If I do, I'm I the one to send my copy of my transcript or my school.
2. For the year attended on the wes application. Do I put 2017 to 2021 or 2017 to 2020.
The masters program was 17/18 session to 19/20 but i was awarded the certificate on 2021.

Happy belated birthday. I had similar issue, but mine was writing and listening, and I did IELTS over five times I could not exceed 6.5 and 7.5 in Writing and Listening respectively.One day, I contacted my friend who got 9.0 in his listening and he told me his strategy, which is to move to part four immediately you are told to open to part one, and glance through it marking key words and then part three, two and one, however; this most be done with the speed of light,so that you can meet up before they start giving out answer to part one. With this strategy, you don't just mark key words,it also gives you the ample opportunity to know the types of questions ahead of you. When I applied this strategy in my practice, I moved from the usual 33,34 to 38, and I got 8.5,8,7,7 LRSW when I eventually wrote IELTS.
This is just a suggestion,if you decide to try it make sure you master it before writing IELTS again.

I was not expecting the high scores in speaking (cos I paused and stammered during the last phase of the test) and listening (cos I missed many numbers. I got lost. Apparently, it is my weakest point. I always got lost arnd number 30). But the reading I was confident about nd could bet I will have atleast 8.5 or at worst 8... Na him I get 6.5

I can remember making my first comment here in Part 4 (above link) May 2018.
which was the time I decided to embark on this journey.
Got a lot of info here and I must confess, coming here really was worth it.
its not been easy but I'm grateful to God I've finally landed in Canada.
I didn't really have much of the finances for this journey, but God came through
at every time I needed the money.

My advice to everyone is not to relent but to stay focus, then trust God to come through when you need him most.

Statement of result is acceptable. It was even statement of result i uploaded when I evaluated my MSC with WES.
Please I've just been told that my statement of result and transcript is almost ready but my official masters certificate will only be given to me after convocation in December. Does wes accept transcript and statement without certificate. I noticed in the wes website that it u put in incomplete study. They will ask for only the transcript and not with the certificate. If this route is taken, does that mean I can still be accepted into the pool or does that mean I will have to wait till the certificate is out.

It actually depends on you, it's flexible. For example, I started mine in March 2018, and by December 2018, I was practically done except my seminar and two other courses that I had issues with. I was to do 19 courses,and in my first semester,I enrolled ten instead of seven, and immediately I finished the first semester exam,I enrolled the othe nine and the centre director was gracious to approve it, and was assigned both seminar and project supervisor. However, you have to be ready to have sleepless nights cos it won't come easy if you decide to rush it. If you decide to rush it, it will reduce the amount you spend cos their is a fixed amount you are to pay every semester you register courses. For me, I spent between 300k to 350k, although it was 200k I paid to the school directly,but there are minor expenses that might come up.

Submitted passport: January 13 2021.. VFS Lagos left our Passport hanging because we didn't pay transmission fee.. ,The holy spirit nudged us to call on Jan 27. Our passport was just sitting in their office with no attention.

We paid for the transmission fee that same day and followed up aggressively to ensure that our passports were sent before Feb 8 2021.

Passport dispatched to Accra Feb 1 2021

Profile approved: 19 February 2021

Passport Delivered: 11 March 2021

In all we used a total of 6months from submission of application to CoPR.

Noun MSC is equivalent to MSC in Canada. I used Wes when I did mine.

Noun uses etc.com. When I evaluated my MSC last year, it was through them and it took about a month for Noun to respond, thought it was during the national lock down. It took Wes about two weeks to evaluate cos they were able to verify the transcript the same day they requested for verification.

I doubt the embassy will respond to such request. Besides, what information do you need from them that you do not already have? You filled your application and added all supporting documents. Go through them for any information you need or better still, request for your GCMS file, you will get all personal details and other useful information concerning your previous application in doing so.[/quote]
