Rihannaola: Your original birth certificate is sufficient, and yes, it's contradictory a statement in a sworn affidavit to claim something's lost and then attaching it. In my case, my birth certificate from the same Lagos Island Local Government was sufficient.

There is a clause on the court affidavit that says * that at the time of my birth, my birth certificate was officially registered but later got lost* i hope that now presenting the old one doesn't appear contradicting.

what are your intentions after studying?

Try to learn more about Germany like it got 16 states,(Mention them),It got 9 borders (Mention Them) just keep talking and talking until the VO interrupts dont keep quiet..

The VO might ask a single questions in between twice just to TEST you and just make sure your answers correspond!

Then the VO will says Okay we have forward your interview to the Authority in Germany and we shall call or e mail you very soon.Have a nice stay.


You need to sound brilliant if not you might be given written examination based on your interview answers...Just keep fingers crossed and answer question intelligently.


Just be able to convince that you are a student and not a pretender.

The issue of NPC and the usual birth certificate is becoming alarming. I do not have the NPC but i have the usual birth cert issued in the 80's at the Lagos Island Local Goverment. I urgently need to know which is required by the German Embassy. Thanks

Costs nothing if you already av a current acct the dom acct can be opened for you immediately or on same day. You need to buy euros and transfer from your euros dom acct....cheers

go and open your blocked acct for now while you try hard to raise the balance....you still av about 2 weeks to raise the 300k while you wait for your acct to be opened. No swinging .....
