KanuSE:Boss, they need to wake up o! This one don pass see finish! |
jUeLiZ:That's really not the point... There are processes for such things. Were the authorities of these nations even notified of the incoming repatriated citizens?!! Aren't they supposed to prepare to receive and rehabilitate them?!! Is that how American citizens being deported or extradited from other nations get handcuffed, put in planes, and unceremoniously dumped at JLK airport in America?!! |
Almiron:I know... I'm perfectly in support of deportation, but why treat them anyhow?!! No American being deported would be treated with such disregard no matter his criminal records or deeds. Diplomacy matters in everything. |
Mtchewww.... Any small thing, impose sanctions! The rest of the world might eventually wake up and wean themselves off whatever America claims to be doing for them. Insulting and acting condescendingly towards fellow sovereign nations makes no sense. The republican Senate might need to sit Mr. President down, and have a word with him. |
Sigh... Trump clearly doesn't understand simple Diplomacy. Making enemies all over the place in less than 1 week in office makes no sense. It's not like America can isolate itself from the whole world. |
Lol... Use parachute and toss them down. ![]() |
Lamasta:Ogogoro FC is just a useless club...! Spits!!! |
Let me just say... Amazing work from Bournemouth and Everton! Bournemouth has just handed the title early to Liverpool! |
brain54:Bless you... That's just it! Life is hardly ever fair. |
Fire is on the verge of erasing an entire town but Mr. President is more concerned about annexing neighboring nations. It's said that... A man whose house is on fire doesn't bother chasing vermin. |
Sigh... Another Trump Hopeman! |
Okay... It will get to 1 million per citizen by 2027. |
Good... They should sanitize that country. Other nations should do the same, including Nigeria. |
playfulvivo:Sigh... That would signal the very end of Nigeria, economically speaking. Let's not wish or pray for such abeg. |
Okay... Is he doing projects? Are the projects useful and economically viable and valuable?!! Are there massive improvements in the oil, security and financial sectors?!! If the answers are YES, then this topic is irrelevant to me. Except there is a constitutional law he is disregarding or spurning by naming projects after himself, this is all a storm in a teacup. |
planetx:Well, it might actually shock you to know that the majority you speak of are actually living in that America. While some might be jealous, for reasons best known to them, others simply dislike illegality. Personally, I think every country should straighten out its immigration laws and deport anyone staying illegally. Some of the major terrorist masterminds in Northen Nigeria are not even Nigerians... Imagine if we chose to be strict and judicious about immigration here, terrorism would reduce drastically. See the cases of terrorist attacks in parts of Europe too... Illegal and unchecked immigration remains at the heart of them. This is not including oversaturation of the job markets leading to citizens unable to get even basic and menial jobs. |
DrDeuce:They can bring in workers legally and grant them work permits... That's not a big deal. |
GboyegaD:Lol... Surprised?!! Why?!! You don't know most Nigerians hate their fellow citizens progressing ahead of them! That's no longer news. |
Real2088:Your stingy uncle will be just fine as long as he is not there illegally. |
No sentiments...! If you don't have the legal documents and approval to live in any country, then you should be DEPORTED! |
No lie here...! We have always rewarded corrupt and unscrupulous people with more power and influence. That's why the nation is in this sorry state, and has remained in the top 3 of the most corrupt nations on Earth for the last 2 decades. |
Acidosis:These people don't even know what they are reading out during these meetings. People prepare the notes for them, and they are too daft to go through them before reading. Engage them in questions and debates, you will see how ignorant they are about the very things they uttered. |
helinues:Yes... I was very impressed with the new accommodation structures for the military. There seems to be an upbeat and lifted spirit across the brass which might be translating to their onfield duties. Once we sort out the protracted security mess in Northern and Eastern Nigeria, improve the police force, and properly put the DSS to work, that would be a huge milestone achieved. Good security, roads, and stable electricity are the essential foundations for economic growth via increased investments. More wisdom and direction to the leaders. |
Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President...! SMH!!! We say we are a poor country trying to be prudent financially, yet there are more silly appointments and offices than prospering nations. |
helinues:Okay... Good! Very good. Nigeria is overdue for some semblance of progress. More grace and wisdom to the leaders. |
Makunahatata:You don't get Sir. I am not against the victims getting the demands of the vile kidnappers. I'm saying that they can make such demands because the Nigerian System permits and tolerates such. You can't just walk into a bank in serious nations and withdraw such cash without serious scrutiny and paper trails... Do you know kidnappers even collect bank transfers, and stroll into banks to make withdrawals without stress or fear of arrests?!! If the system had such serious scrutiny and monitoring with strict restrictions, a lot of these kidnappings would have diminished. Criminals thrive under the indulgence of an immoral society. Nigeria is an Immoral society. |
Awesome to see... Good one! So, what about the welfare of average Nigerians?!! |
Great job...! But, I'm quite dissatisfied. Look at that amount of cash... How are banks still authorising such shocking cash withdrawals even in the face of rising insecurity? Even businesses and commercial deals hardly insist on cash payments. Even during cash scarcity, kidnappers still manage to get paid in cash... Some even receive wire transfers that no one tracks or follows up with. I honestly believe most Nigerian sectors encourage crimes and criminality in this nation. |
iwaeda:I was actually hoping that Reno Omokri would be remembered this time around...! The man will need to up his ass licking game. Same with FFK. |
Okay... Just watch how youths will be far more concerned about the ethnicities of the appointees than their suitability for the roles. Personally, it would be awesome if we had a serious Merit-based system of appointing individuals rather than political associations. |
Mtchewww... Nothing wrong with the price. If you needed more quantity, you should have simply paid more. Na you know wetin make you carry your 2 left legs go "10-star" restaurant. With 1k you would have enjoyed a better quantity and quality in other places minus the effizy and aesthetics. |
