Some people should understand that, when you're slim, you probably don't have enough calories to burn, but you can lift metals to build up your muscles. But then you need supplements to boost up your tissues.

But I regularly see slim people working out.... For what?

Working out or fitness has no restrictions to physique.

People exercise for different reasons, and there are workouts which address specific or individual needs.

There are workouts that will transform a slim person into a beefy well muscled individual if coupled with the right diet.

Research this... There are exercises and dietary regimen reserved for footballers, while there are different ones for Rugby players and wrestlers.

Messi or Ronaldo can't do exercises and eat meals meant for basketballers or UFC fighters.

Regular Blood pressure checks and proper diet would have prevented this...!
