When it was election time, you didn't see them as miscreants o.

In any case, this totally contravenes the constitutional rights of those individuals.

With the haste and paparazzi he used to carry out those projects, I just knew they would be substandard.

Same with his elder brother in corruption... Rochas Okorocha of Imo state.

That is not true. Organise an election today and Tinubu would win fair and square. You need to understand Nigeria for what it is, rather than what you think it should be.
If fairness existed in Nigerian politics, as well as honesty, Atiku and Tinubu would never have won their party primaries.

If you understood that basic fact, you wouldn't have made that laughable statement above. grin

I understand that the government is desperate to raise IGR.

However, why using underhand and bogus names to fleece the already suffering and dying citizens?!!

Truth be told, Manu needs to get closer to relegation or even relegated.
The good thing is the club is taking giant positive strides now to right so many foundational errors that have spanned over 15 years.

A lot of work is going on to correct their transfer policies.

They will finally get things right.

Sometimes, you have to hit rock bottom to get things right.

Arsenal, Milan, Liverpool, and many more clubs have been down this road.

Which top, it took Man U about 6 years to build this team to this standard and they were consistent for about 4 seasons finishing with 4th and 5th, now they are wearing out. So expect them to use another 10 years to build another formidable team.

Congratulations to Arsenal. They will lift this premier league. That I have seen.

Chelsea will do just better next season.

Up Blues.
Lol... Man United has been cutting and joining since Ferguson left

They have never taken out time to build a team from scratch. Just tossing loads of money at celebrity players.

This season is the first time they took a bold step towards clearing out the squad... More players still need to be sold and replaced.

It took Arsenal long, but they are reaping the benefits now.

Same with Chelsea.

Today is the day ManU knows the value of Bruno Fernandez.. put a respect to that name.. dude is the string holding the entire team together.. without him in that team, they dont even qualify to be playing in League 2..

I'm happy Chelsea has overtaken them comfortably tho..

Educate people like prinsam.

I keep telling them that Bruno singlehandedly kept this useless team in the top 6 all season long.

Without Bruno's work and commitment, Man United would have been fighting relegation since December last year.

He's the only United player that turns up every week.

Lol... Dem no sack person halfway into the season campaign, na with 2 games left dem go sack am?!!

Does that make any sense to you?!!

The time of sacking should have been after the 18th game. It was already obvious they were heading down the toilet then.

The man will mutually depart end of the month... Moyes too is leaving West Ham by month end too.

Sacking Ten Hag is not enough tho.... If Rashford, Casemiro, and others are not sold by next transfer window, then the club is not ready for the top.

Man U will win or draw Arsenal by weekend because they will play with annoyance. That will be another plus for Man City to lift the league trophy.
Nah... Arsenal will destroy this team.

United is clearly finished... there's no fight left in them.

Most of the players are no longer interested in turning up.

If the club fails to let these players go, the new coach will suffer more than Ten Hag.

Interesting that they actually allowed him stay till the end of the season...!

This is quite new. Normally, United suppose Don sack am tay tay.

I heard they might still retain him for another season, just to see how well he does after selling off this team of idiots.

Honestly, they should let both coach and players leave.

They can keep back the academy graduates, Rasmus Hojlund, and Bruno Fernandes.

The rest should be cleared out along with the poor coach.

That's not the point.

A presidential spokesperson should never use such words like a tout under any circumstance.

Interesting.

Still, I perceive you guys are using Peter Obi as a cover for a lot of leadership lapses, and many dumb citizens are falling for it.

Several other top leaders and politicians are of the same view, chief of them Atiku, yet I have not seen anyone drag them like this.

I ask for the umpteenth time, is Peter Obi the only opposition voice in Nigeria?!!

For someone who inec declared 3rd in the last election, why is such a threat and subject matter to the ruling party and elected/appointed leaders?!!
Properties › Re: The Flood That Led To The Demolition In Mende by Angelfrost(m): 3:37pm On May 06, 2024
Well, I have nothing against proper urban planning and restructuring.

That said, demolition of houses and structures blocking major waterways is non-negotiable.

However, 2 hours to vacate will never make sense.

Even if you sent them earlier notices, still come in person with your bulldozers at least a day before.

That gives them 24 hours minimum notice prior to actual demolition.

To just show up, and tell them to leave instantly is shockingly inhumane.

In addition, Lagos state government needs to work on their land and building laws... They need to start removing grey areas, and leaving no room for doubts for those intending to develop.

One way would be to use every avenue of public enlightenment like social media and the Internet.

They should also tackle corruption within environmental and building ministries and parastatals.

Chai, although I laughed at the point of using MTN 4G. Sorry for your loss. Reapply and this time get Airtel and 9mobile on standby this time.
Depends on location... MTN has been a life-saver for my remote work for over 2 years now.

Airtel works too. Glo and 9Mobile are suicidal for anyone serious about remote work.

As for Op... Nothing new or strange about your experience. It comes with the territory.

You should not give up, except your heart and passion have never been in freelancing/virtual work.

What works for me is non-contact and non-calling jobs... These don't require too strong an internet connection, except when you have team meetings.

You can also look for places with strong internet to work (it's all investment into your career and financial growth).

I have been handling writing and admin work for 3 different clients for 2 years now, and it has been awesome... I even got a promotion recently. All of them are part-time, but the income from them in a month equals what good salary jobs in Nigeria pay in 6 months.

I hope to get into virtual work full-time this year... But, it must be at a very good pay (Not less than 20/hour). cool
