Gbadugbakun:
Lagos is just an overpriced and over rated slum. Imagine praying over $5m for a property at Ikoyi or Eko Atlantic City, on less than a thousand square kilometers, no central water or waste system, you have to arrange yours, you must provide your own security, electricity and other basic amenities. Yet properties are more expensive than far more developed cities in the US.
Not just Lagos...!

Real estate and Kidnapping are serious money laundering avenues in this country.

Even abroad... Have you not seen or heard of dirty and useless paintings that are priced and sold for 20 Million Dollars?!!

Money laundering (cleaning and legitimizing stolen funds) is as old as man. cool

So, those houses are overvalued in order to clean up dough.

Even in night clubs... You will see brandy of 6k being sold for 250k.

The game is what it is.

How about a woman who doesn’t like condoms. A woman that loses wetness within few thrusts with condom?
She should find a decent and faithful person, and stick to that partner.

Life no get duplicate.
Career › Re: Talent Scarcity: A Rejoinder To Moniepoint CEO by Angelfrost(m): 5:45pm On May 08
You guys are overstretching the rubbish Moniepoint said...!

A nation with low skilled or unemployable people, yet many japa and become stars abroad... They rank high in many sectors abroad.

The real question becomes... What are foreign bosses seeing in these same "unemployable" youths that you are not seeing?!!

At some point, employers become culpable too...!

Are they really all unemployable (clearly untrue), or you simply lack the ability to properly train them to fulfill the roles you require... Possibly, you can't even afford the truly qualified ones, especially where their roles are in high demand home and abroad.

Is it not the same Nigeria, that doctors and healthcare professionals are constantly being poached by ministries and govts abroad?!!

I have noticed that some Nigerians say such trash whenever they are trying to make a case for unemployment.

Rather than face the reality that there are few jobs for skilled hands... They will rather claim that lack of skilled hands is the reason for unemployment.

The insincerity is needless and plain silly.

So, mission accomplished.

You need to do something about your comprehension skills! What I meant was if you are faithful how are you sure of your partner?
That was the simple comment you cannot decode, you started writing epistle and going off point with gibberish!
Okay... My apologies then.

It came off for a minute like you were trying to be deflective.

Abagworo:
When the man is bigger than you it will always boil down to this kind of attitude. The man used his wealth and influence to control the lady probably because her husband isn't as wealthy and influential. There are so many younger ladies ready for no strings attached affair with married men so why go for someone's wife cause you're richer?
I didn't make a case for the Politician... I actually described him as corrupt and useless.

Such characters with wealth and influence will always abound, and they always believe that everything has a price tag on it, including what belongs to others.

It is left for those propositioned by such people to either have the decency and self-respect to decline, or succumb to their personal greed or desire and accept.

At the end, it comes down to personal choices... And that woman made her bed with eyes wide open.
Politics › Re: Court Adjourns ADC Leadership Suit Indefinitely by Angelfrost(m): 2:01pm On May 08
Lol... You went to a court whose judges are salaried by the ruling party to adjudicate a sensitive matter regarding opposition party leadership, and you are expecting what outcome exactly?!! grin

That's as comically ridiculous as demanding or expecting an INEC whose leadership was practically handpicked by the ruling party to deliver a free and fair election that goes against the their interests.

Abeg... Tell me another thing. cool

With all your experience and your holy holy you still don't realize that it is a two way thing? What if your wife infects you?
Okay...! Let me indulge you guys trying so needlessly to justify the unjustifiable.

So, you are telling me that a person in good union with one sexual partner is as equally likely to get infected with HIV and other STIs as someone jumping in raw with strangers or multiple partners whose sexual fidelity and history he doesn't know?!!

What sort of reasoning is that?!!

Do you guys actually think every woman or man on earth is the same?!! That no man or woman on Earth can be faithful or chaste?!!

Well, keep being sexually reckless and justifying it with that comment above...!

At the end, experience will remain the best teacher.

True...!

But, the chances of that happening can't be compared to jumping in and out of people whose sexual history you have no concrete knowledge of.

I know someone who stays abroad. He met a lady on Facebook. The last time he visited, the lady went to Lagos to see him and they had unprotected sex. When I got there and saw the lady, she told me how they met and was happy that the guy liked her. I asked how she knew and she said it was their first meeting, but the guy not minding, had sex with her without protection. I was shocked..this is a married man,but told the lady he was single.
If people know what people living with HIV go through, they'll be careful and resist every temptation to go raw. It's not worth it
They never listen...!

With the ravaging effects of STIs, I am still horrified by the boldness young people exhibit while engaging in raw sex.

I have heard a young guy say that HIV is just a hoax. I was just speechless.
Health › Re: The High Rate Of Unprotected Sex by Angelfrost(m): 1:23pm On May 08
I have worked closely with mission hospitals for years, and seen firsthand the ravaging effects of HIV and other almost incurable STIs.

There is nothing you will do or tell me to knack raw if I ever get possessed to cheat on my wife.

I didn't even try it in my dating years in school... I have always had a heightened sense of survival!

By the time you treat disease wey go resist every drug known to man, then your eye go clear... Continue diving in raw or allowing guys or that guy dive in raw. Na one day dem dey catch thief. lipsrsealed

Someone I know even used better condom, and still ended up with genital warts that has refused to go for years now... He regrets his life daily.

Faithful to broke man , wey still dey expect u to submit to him..
Make the husband with Sango say he never cheat before....
When you swear an oath during wedding, is there a part that gives a leeway when finances dwindle?!! Or you don't know what VOWS mean?!!

...And I am talking to both genders.

If the marriage is too "broke" or finanacially unfulfilling, then sue for divorce... End the union, so you can be free to sell your wares to wealthier customers.

Marriage should never be by force.

Cheating on a husband or wife (yes, both are being cheated on in this case), is not just unlawful (marital laws) but downright disrespectful and simply unwise.

Family › Re: Husband Catches Mike Etaba In Hotel With His Wife, Confronts Him by Angelfrost(m): 12:41pm On May 08
Lol... The corrupt and useless Politician didn't destroy your home, Oga.

Your wife destroyed your home by refusing to respect her marital vows.

I still don't get why the first person some people being cheated on get mad at is the other man or woman, instead of the person that vowed to be faithful.

So, if your wife were sleeping with a Dog (animal), you will fight and kill the dog because it "snatched" your wife?!! Lol! grin
Romance › Re: Why Men Avoid MMarriage These Days by Angelfrost(m): 12:38pm On May 08
Maybe the main reason is because Wife materials don finish for market...!

I mean, it can't simply be all those listed reasons alone.

In any case, weddings are still happening every weekend, tho not as frequently nor as many as before.

Divorce cases are piling up in the courts too, meaning fewer people are willing to be patient or build homes.

As it should be... Inter club rivalry should end at club or domestic level.

Once one club makes it to a European final, every club in the league should rally behind them.

EPL clubs are in all the European competition finals this year... That alone is a massive achievement.

Just imagine all 3 trophies coming to England!

Pathetic
That's what lack of humility causes...! He is not the first Frenchman to play there.

His fellow countryman won the Ballon D'Or in his last season there. His idol won several there.

He has just himself to blame... I thought he would have become more mature after leaving Paris, but it's clear some people just don't want to grow up.

After all that money Perez spent...! Lol.

Mbappe's departure go hard, and makes no sense business-wise.

Even in top form, no club is paying over the rim for him, which would be the biggest loss for Madrid in a good while... And, Mbappe will never agree to join his idol in the Desert league.

Sad times we’re in, Nigeria has lost it. We're really in a big mess, and the people don’t even realise it yet. I have even lost faith in 2027.

How much can we take as a nation before we know we’re cooked fr?
A lot of Nigerians are still under the spell of Tribal, Ethnic and Religious Politics.

Look at how the nation has massively deteriorated in the last decade, yet people can still afford to be more concerned about tribe and religion.

It's a shame!

Agreed... False accusations exist.

However, there are still people that continue poking the bear instead of avoiding.

It's not in our power or hands to change them. Only education and exposure can do that, so what do you do when you are in their midst?!!

That's my point.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Zulu King's Regiments Now Leading Anti-immigration Protests In SA - PICTURES by Angelfrost(m):
Just to be clear... They are not asking Europeans, Americans, and citizens from developed nations living there to depart.

It is their fellow BLACK (Emphasis) Africans they are asking to leave.

What a time to be alive! grin

Well, they have drawn their line... It's now up to other African nations to return the energy.

Start by distancing yourselves from them... South Africa is not the only country on Earth.

If our Presidents and other Africans leaders won't take a united stand against that country, what is stopping everyone of us from taking individual and collective stands?!!

If we all turn our backs on them, will we all die?!! Are they the nation supporting and feeding the rest of Africa?!!

I hate it when immigrants act helpless, like if they don't stay in certain nations, they are better off dead... This behavior is what gives these thugs the audacity to be xenophobic, and you can see their leaders and kings support it.
