ExLaidback: While the mid-term upside potential for FCMB is very high, my focus is not there yet. it's time has not come fully yet. Are you for real? What type of trader are you?,I am not trying to monkey hunt on behalf of Locodemus but that stock has been consistent in the past year even survived the Skye contraption.I made money two times just by jumping in/out of it.You can't get it for now at 70k anymore as sentiment favors the stock in the short to medium term and long term perspective will depend on their result which I believe will spring some surprise. |

megainvest: I agree. However, I think it may fall considerably after dividend payment. You can enjoy both capital appreciation and cash flow if u sell and buy back again for long term. I am not saying this with all authority but honestly, 2016 was a special year for UCAP. But till next election is safe to hold and dividend yield on the cost per unit is high and I may reach 200% by June as high interest rate regime is good for them. |

With more than 100% on UCAP,I made a decision since last year to hold it for long term.I believe the stock will consolidate on previous performance. |

The new Skye management is disgraceful, even fitch complained about lack of market information and up till now no results.I will like to do some speculative JIJO but based on result which I can't do for now since result may never come. |
Travel › Re: Best European Country To Live In. by angelo82: 1:29pm On Jan 03, 2017 |
Thank you for your insight and those two Denmark/France you are spot on because I was there alone for few days and they seem local to me in Denmark though kool and the current is not a good country to me.France,I felt better than most of the countries but I can see small envy in them. But I am thinking of trying Holland and I will be glad if the immigration system is good as I am planning to mend my papers from my current residence to Holland residence permit as a spouse of EU citizen. optimusprime2: I think Belgium/Holland. You can be black or purple but you still fit in, racial prejudice is literally absent (compared to other European countries), Communication in English is largely obtainable and if you are legal, true equal employment opportunities exist, regardless of your ethnicity. Switzerland: A black unit sticks out like a sore thumb and you feel the occasional weight of racial discrimination at times, which could range from being mild to intense. Then again the language challenge sneaks in- You gotta know French & German... yeah its kinda like a bi/tri lingual country. You see the thing with Swiss is, it's quite difficult to settle in there as a legal migrant, they have the stiffest Immigration policy in Europe as a whole, so asides being a student, diplomat, special fxn or married to a Swiss woman, you will always attract law enforcement to yourself as a foreigner. Germany: it's obviously the big apple of western Europe but asides the language challenge, it is not easy being a migrant in Germany as the competition is very high because everyone wants to be in Germany. Denmark, Finland, Norway: Good countries but very errrm personal people (basically, they keep to themselves alot, don't expect caring neighbours) ...However, there is a language challenge, though some Scandinavians speak English esp Norwegians but don't expect it from everything like ATMs for example. Sweden: I classed Sweden alone for good reason, it used to be a great place until the immigrant crisis occured... there is this subtle hostility Swedish folk harbor towards foreigners now esp if you are of colour. The language challenge also exists in Sweden. France: Trust me forget about moving here... no need to explain. Austria: Personally, I would have loved Austria, if not for the Language, these guys don't even give a hoot about English. Like an Austrian can speak English but deliberately chooses to speak to you in German even if you do not understand. Mheen the language challenge is huge, so unlike Germany where people switch to English if necessary. One looses out on opportunities just because of a lack of German knowledge in Austria. Poland: Forget about this one. Greece: This one too... Czech Republic: Trust me this country is sloooooow... It's really meant for themselves, they are pretty much laid back in everything they do. Then a Language problem exists as well, some Czechs find people of colour fascinating others don't. Slovenia & Slovakia: Think of Czech people who behave Russian for some odd reason ... well good countries but language issues and laid back lifestyles. Yes! You are gonna face discrimination (I said it) Spain: It depends on how you want to view a half glass of water that's how life in Spain is. Of course Spanish is a must! Portugal: Think Spain with a different language that's Portugal. If you raised your kids in Portugal, they'd probably sing Cristiano Ronaldo nursery Rhymes everyday... in both countries I.e Spain and Portugal Farming in large scale is quite lucrative (asides football). Its also quite easy to get around immigration issues(don't ask me how). Italy: As an Immigrant...... No be from my mouth you go hear say Okra dey draw... For me its Belgium/Holland all the way. Oh I forgot, you get a Belgian passport pretty fast if you are a legal resident. Unfortunately our bomb totting friends have caused them to review that clause, it may change soon. |

ATERI: No, not for a family. I think we come from two different perspectives. For me, the bigger the country and population, the better for an immigrant, especially the one with family. We can`t ignore the Germany of today because she is the indisputable power-house of Western Europe, but it`s still the type of place where you are more likely to be asked whether you were living on trees back in Africa or whether you just cut your tails before your arrival. Therefore I would still choose The Netherlands for a young family ahead of Germany. Austria is mini-Germany with less than 10 million population. If wealth is the attraction, I think Switzerland is not in EU but it`s part of Schengen, just like Norway, so I would choose Switzerland ahead of Austria. A single male in his 20s or 30s can go and struggle anywhere, but one must be careful when it involves a family. Very thoughtful but where in Europe do you think is the best for interracial family with kids in Europe.I mean Nigeria plus European wife and kids. |
