Ejiekwu 1: It seems JOS is cursed land, I stand and wait to be corrected embarassed

Flooding happens in every part of the world. Sometimes, or mosttimes it is caused by we humans'. We just need to stop blocking waterways and develop a good emergency plan/ evacuation plan should incase flooding happens in any area. Its not a curse thingy.

Yes Mr President! This is a country that loves the phrase "BUSINESS AS USUAL" and doesn't joke with it at all, even at the expense of peoples' lives. Ain't this man tired of always talking and start acting for once? Is he indeed going to tackle the Oil cabal headlong? Cos if he does at least 50%, if not 60% of those in his govt will be affected, definitely his wife too. Mr Presido, don't enter a battle u can't win. TALK!TALK!

Sister, u look gorgeous from day one, why all this bleaching now? I have a song for u in Igbo, u shouldn't have any problems understanding. It goes like this,
"Sista ne te ude,

Is that a symbol of the ALL SEEING EYE that u're making. Hope u don't intend joining their league? They'll only land ur soul in trouble.

justdream: Please, lovely family (Nairalanders),

This issue I'm about to lay down has been a burden to me. I'm in a relationship with a 16 year old girl. She got admission to study Medicine in the university recently. I love her so much. Can we by any chance get married? Considering the age difference and social status?

I'm gainfully employed and thinking of settling down. angry

Guy, abeg no dull urself. If she aint the right age for u, God Almighty made it so. She's hardly even a young woman, and knows next to nothing, when it comes to handling marriage responsibilities. Lil' ladies like her still "build their castles in the air" and are not down to earth with the kinda marriage responsibility u are thinking of heaping on her, not even love.
There are things to consider in a person before u enter a marriage, namely;
Physical development
Psychological development
Emotional development
Financial development (not so important for the females, though)and most of all
Spiritual development (people never consider this important)
She could have a big, and sexy frame physically, but is she emotionally and psychologically stable yet?
Pls let this girl mature before anything, unless u hope on divorcing her later in future. Cos u two will find it difficult being on the same page, maybe not now but later.

Romance / Re: My Boyfriend Said He Needs A Break by AngelofValor: 4:21pm On Jul 23, 2012
Maryspeck: Please my name should not be mentioned. My boyfriend said he needs a break and when I asked him why he said because we are moving too fast.

Please am yet to understand what that means. Could it mean he's no longer interested in me or what?

Please advice from matured pals. Thanks.

Girl, "IF U LOVE SOMEONE, LET 'EM GO. IF THEY COME BACK, THEY URS, IF NOT, THEY NEVER WERE". Give him a breathing space, alright. But don't bother waiting for him, cos the reason u just gave as his reason is laughable. "Moving too fast" as an expression could mean that u're being too needy for him, of which, i don't think he's matured enough to handle it. If he were matured enough, he would know that women are naturally needy, and there aint nothing anyone can do about it.
Let me ask here, how old are u two? Ur age would help us decide where the relationship is going. U do want ur relationship to forge ahead, don't u?

Zarian5:
Are the 'southern' presidents, OBJ & GEJ any better?? If they impeach him his VP will automatically take over (in accordance with the constitution). Just like he (GEJ) became the Governor of Bayelsa when his former master was impeached.
Well lets say sambo takes over, we'ld still be going around in circles, cos that sambo guy is a DUNCE. U wan bet am? All the same i, no, we prefer a southerner. With the bolded, our prayer will now be for them not to impeach him, cos these northern leaders are BAD NEWS. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Billyonaire: I did that on their twitter pages. Its the least I can do. N'Delta Petroleum resources has been "enjoyed" by different Hausa and Yoruba Presidents. Why is all these heat coming up as soon as N'Delta pikin enter Aso Rock, which one be "impeachment move" against non-implementation of 100% of the budget when we are in July. Year 2012 never finish naw. This is War against the Niger Delta, the bread winner of Nigeria.

UR HEAD E DEY THERE. So u dey see wetin i dey see too. July never end and they are in a HASTE to steal money already. These guyz are JOKERS. Tell GEJ not to shake.

If he gets kicked out, no prob. But i strongly, no, very strongly doubt it. No be Naija we dey? Just incase he's kicked out, let them replace him with a southerner, not a northerner. We don tire for these UNPRODUCTIVE NORTHERN RULE.

According to Section 143 (1): The President or Vice-President may be removed from office in accordance with the provision of this section.

(2): Whenever a notice of any allegation in writing signed by not less one-third of the members of the National Assembly:

(a) is presented to the President of the Senate;

(b) stating that the holder of the office of President or Vice-President is guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the functions of his office, detailed particulars of which shall be specified.

I sincerely thought the bolded above was supposed to be "not less than two-third of the members". This guyz interpret this constitution to suit their greed always. Well sha, Jona-man just no shake, na only impeachment threat. Our law breakers are toothless bulldogs. Just throw them "GHANA-MUST-GO BAGS FILLED WITH BONES (U KNOW WHAT I MEAN?)" and watch them leave u and tear away at eachother, simple. Just no give urself sleepless nights.

Jenams: Next time ur reportin a bombin report frm †ЂΞ north, dnt attach †ЂΞ name nigeria anymore, use buharistan or arewa republic or sometin else. Those guys r bad news!

U are right man, in my mind this Southern-Nigeria is now a separate entity from Northern-Nigeria. The report should be like this "Bauchi state of Northern-Nigeria, or whatever name they choose, boils again!". In fact, the North should not adopt the name Nigeria at all.
Celebrities / Re: Goldie Apologises To Nigerians by AngelofValor: 1:27pm On Jul 22, 2012
onatisi: hear what prezzo is now saying

Three days after her eviction, Nigeria’s rep. Goldie, still has as her name on everybody’s lips with reactions from different housemates as regards her eviction. The most shocking however, is from her ‘boyfriend’, Prezzo, who was full of criticisms and complaints about the singer. The Kenyan rapper during his diary session with Biggie on Monday, July 16, 2012, was full of complaints about the behaviour and attitude of the Nigerian singer while she was in the house. He described her as irresponsible and ‘unemotional’, toying with his feelings while he continued to love her truly. According to him, Goldie was irresponsible during her stay in the house and always found a way to avoid being responsible for her mistakes which was the reason for their fight shortly before her eventual eviction. ‘It’s sad because for me I was actually open and honest with her. I was always there for her’, he said. When asked how he feels about his girlfriend’s eviction, Prezzo replied, ‘The most important people that anyone can take away from me are not here’. Prezzo is presently on the eviction block along with Namibia’s Lady May and Keitta who, unluckily, was chosen by HoH Kyle to replace Keagan.

Don't say a word prezzo, make no sense to me. Ur head is next on the chopping-board, its ur turn to be evicted.
Politics / Re: What Are The Projects Commissioned By Gej? by AngelofValor: 11:34am On Jul 22, 2012
nairawall: Can we list some of the successful projects gej has been able to commission done by his government? I am talking about projects his government initiated and implimented.

If lagos government can constantly commission world class projects with the limited access to oil funds, one is forced to wonder what really is GEJ and his team doing with our oil revenue.

My fear is that GEJ will finish his whole tenure without achieving a thing. Even if he does achieve anything, there are numerous people on ground to sabotage 'em. Me thinks, the man doesn't realize what C-in-C means.
GEJ just doesn't know who to fit the "RIGHT PEG IN THE RIGHT HOLE". His appointments to-date are a sham.

My Igbo brothers' don't even waste ur time with PDP, they equally have nothing for ya. Come to think of it, i'll be sooo disappointed if Bluetooth, ileke idi and other Igbo haters dont comment on this thread.
