The exclusive list are items only the Federal legislature can make laws on. The concurrent list are items both state and federal legislature can make laws on. Moving an item exclusive to concurrent gives more power to the states. If this bill were to pass state assemblies could pass their own holiday's without federal input.

It's Trump that caused that when he canceled the agreement. The worst part is that Trump did it unilaterally. The entire EU opposed it. An average Iranian would hate anything American today because at the moment, their currency is nothing due to several sanctions. Their entire economy is down. Trump even ordered UK to seize Iranian oil ship despite the fact that Iran is not part of EU, and wasn't heading to Europe. Trump needs to understand that we are all humans and his hatred towards anything non-white should be minimized.

Before leaving camp, I had plans to apply for any affordable IT/programming course during my service year with the belief that I could save enough money to get a laptop with which I could practice these skills after the end of my service year.
However, I came across adverts of other professional certifications such as CITN, CIPM, NIM and ICAN - although the latter doesn't pique my interest.
I would appreciate if any one who has in-depth knowledge about any of these aforementioned professional certifications (excluding the IT courses) and their relative costs .
I have been deliberating on taking CITN courses myself since my PPA happens to be a Tax office (and this could increase my chances of employment), but I have no idea how much it will cost me in total compared to the other certifications.
Your suggestions and criticisms are highly welcome and appreciated
