Man up and tell your brother to leave your house, give him a time frame of one week that would be enough for him to sort himself out but be matured enough to handle him so it won't result to physical fight.

Look for a means to see your wife and her mother, apologize and do everything you can to take her back home though it won't be easy at first but don't just give up.

Regarding her telling you she has fallen out of love with you, when you were asking her out there were things you did that made her fall in love with you, try and do those things again. Do everything within your power to win her love and emotions back.

Two days to the wedding ceremony the groom's mother called her made threats that over her dead body would she let her marry her son.

On the traditional day all marriage rights were done already. As a tradition the lady would be asked 3 times it was the third time she said she is no longer interested and she fainted.

Fast forward to after she woke up some hours later she kept asking where is my husband?

All fingers are pointing to the groom's mother that she might have used some spiritual powers on her because she was not even remorseful she was happy that it ended that way.

See why I laugh at some guys that give condition to their girlfriends to get pregnant first before marriage.
