A bank statement generated online can be used for your visa application. Nigerian commercial banks like the Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) have now made it easier for their customers to acquire a signed and stamped SOA without visiting any of their branches. In view of the foregoing, I would suggest you should make a brief explanation in your letter sighting at the difficulty of getting a hard copy of SOA from the bank due to the current global pandemic lockdown. The situation is very understandable and the visa officer will acknowledge the SOA and move forward with the verification of its authenticity with the bank.
You don't have to notarize any of your documents if the documents have an official stamp or signature.

These guys are humans, its called procedural fairness, it was an obvious mistake. Declare you were denied before with date and documents where possible and you will pass. They know you may have made a mistake. this is an opportunity to correct it because if they ban you straight away it will very unfair on their part. If you deny again then you will be banned.

ayoadefantastic: I am guessing you mean the department is recommending you to the college of graduate and post doctoral studies or what do you mean by recommendation of admission. In any case, you can write faculty members in the department whose research interest align with yours to inquire whether they are willing to take a student. Or on the alternative ask if they will he willing to recommend you for international student scholarship and other merit scholarships like this.
I used Astranti and solved kaplan questions, its not difficult but you have to study for it. my background is Finance which is an advantage but not the main factor........study and study u will pass.

The exam is a 4 paper exam, Materials available on astranti.com. Exams are CBT; visit cimaglobal.com to register. Registration is 77GBP while each paper is 77GBP
2. Send your credentials to CIMA. you'll get the email to send it after registration
3. Study for your exams with Astranti.com and Opentuition.com
4. Exam registration is 55£ per paper.. Exam is electronic, you choose a convenient time, date and center ( any pearsonVUE center).,The various centres and their addresses will appear during registration, so you can choose a center near you. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THE TEST CENTER.. You're to book for your exam atleast two days to the exam day.
5. You will get a provisional result after each exam, then details will be uploaded to your account after like 2 days.. pass mark is 100/150. There are 60 questions for 2hrs for BA1-3.. then 85 questions for BA4, 2 hrs
6. You're to write BA1 to BA4 in order to get the certificate in Business accounting which you'll evaluate with wes.
7. On how long it will take, depends on you.. you can check the syllabus and study materials to know how long it can take you to cover it.. However, it took me about 6 - 7 weeks
8. When you're done with your 4 exams, you'll wait for like two days for it to be updated...Then you can register with WES
9. Once you have gotten your WES reference No, send an email to cima to prepare your transcripts and letter of good standing.. Also tell them you want to arrange for a courier service.. This is to expedite the process because cima uses regular post which takes weeks to get to Canada.. Follow up with a call to CIMA.. I requested for mine and it was ready for pick up the following day.. Remember to put your WES reference no while booking the courier.. I paid about 65£ for the courier and it got to WES in 3days...

Muleriders: Full funding for MBA?, for top 10 B-schools?, Yes. Very possible For tier2 B-schools?, almost impossible, the highest you can get is tuition free while you sort out living expense on your own.
In the US, STEM courses rank higher in scholarships and funding than business degrees.
Please the ECA is it course-by-course or Document-by-Document that is required?

I will still push as I believe the decision was base on reconsideration I ask in my first Webform and I had the standard ECA then. But in 2nd webform I sent 20th I had the correct ECA for the purpose of IRCC.

Liispa: You will need to get an additional certificate like CIMA, ACCA, BCS (these 3 because they don't take much time to get). If you don't want to go that route you may then consider PNP. In my opinion, you do not need to use those law firms because it is something you can do yourself, it saves you money. Moreover, using them does not guarantee you getting a Provincial Nomination.
