S sleekcheek: I just got my gcms notes (applied on the 25th of August . To be honest I expected this result while still hoping for the best. I have already deferred my admission to winter 2021 and I intend to repackage my application and reapply.
My question is there is a part where the wrote *do not finalize until biometrics is completed or a new letter is sent when VACs reopen* What letter are they referring to? Does this mean I still have hope of saving this application or should I just wait till they finalize and reapply again?
Thank you all for your anticipated assistance |

Your failed eligibility was on the basis of the bolded. Employment is a key tie and prospect to any application. work on that area and refire. like they always say "it will end in praises" oonibest: I have reviewed the application. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada may outweight their ties vto their home country. According to the applicant's current or future employment prospects, i have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of residence. Weighing the factors in this application, i am not satisfied that the applicant's will depart Canada ar the end of the period authorized for their stay. Eligibility failed. pending Biometrics. please gurus this are their reason for denying my visa. what will i do? i need your advice to go about it. should i re apply. please help me out. tanx for ur great innovations |

MAY APPLICANTS PLS SHARE YOUR TIMELINEApplied May 4th Medical request July 22nd Medical Passed August 5th No update till now. Pls has any may applicant gotten AIP yet? sleekcheek: Good morning house, I must say this thread has been most useful and informative. Kudos to everyone sharing genuine and useful tips. I applied for my study permit since May 1st and I am yet to get any AIP or medical request (my admission is for fall). To be honest I am not feeling so confident about my application and after going through all the tips shared here I now know I could have done more to package my application before submitting. I have booked for my biometrics collection for next week and now I want to consider deferring my admission to winter 2021 while I take more time to repackage my next application if need be.
The question is since my application is still in process do I need to send my new admission letter for winter 2021 to ICCC via webform? If my study permit application turns out to be positive will my deferral to winter 2021 have any negative impact?
Please Gurus I will appreciate your assistance on this. Many thanks |

who is the associate? and what about some who got medical request and passed, but no AIP yet? Osemigho: I just confirmed that not everyone is receiving AIP, through an associate. Some with scholarship in Canada are even rejected. For this reason, I believe AIP candidates are steps ahead. Congrats to y’all!!! |

Good morning Frank, Pls what is BVL? Will those who havent done Biometrics receive it too? Frankrobbn1: Thank you very much for the prayers and best wishes. Indeed, I'm honoured!.
Certainly every temporary resident visa application to Canada must receive a BVL notification prior to the initiation of a passport request by the visa officer. Therefore, you will receive it the second time irrespective of the fact that you got it in your previous refused application.
I received your DM and I can confirm to have responded.
Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
It will end in praise. |

Biometric centers are closed as u mentioned, wait till they are opened and go for your Biometrics, meanwhile your application will be processed base on the new IRCC 2 stages process. AIP is the first, hopefully in 2 weeks or less you should know if you pass the first stage. all the best. Kayice001: Greetings house , I had just submitted my student Visa application last week and I got a response after 24 hours to go for biometrics, now I noticed biometrics centers are closed in Nigeria, please what do I do in such situation ? Secondly I’ve been seeing the “AIP” often , what does it mean? I would appreciate any assistance regarding this thanks |

you are very close, remark and prepare to rewrite. throw all your weight into this journey. GIFTY11: I just received my IELTS results and I don't know how to feel Listening- 9 Writing -7.5 Speaking- 7.5 (I am grateful for this because the speaking experience was a night mare. It was around 7pm on the test date and I was drained.)
Reading- 7.5 . This is my dilemma. I am disappointed and surprised. During practice at home my scores were 40- 38. Then seeing a 7.5=36 has demoralised me.
Should I rewrite another IELTS? Stimulated score with 7.5 reading = 471 With 8 in reading = 474.
I have ACCA (diploma) and 3 years work experience.
What are my chances of getting an ITA this year.
Please any advice will be appreciated because I am already feeling different emotions.
I know that remarking reading is not wise, but I am sure I did really well. Infact the reading was my easiest band. Should i remark?
This was my first attempt. |

thanks. TimAke: How do you mean? It was just a simple message mentioning when my school resumes and how I look forward to getting a feedback. I didn’t bother telling how long I had applied as I believed they had that info already. Starting with a simple ‘Hello’ is fine. |
