Hello, I am a young professional and an international student from Nigeria currently working in Mississauga. I am in search of a private room in the same area as I am in need of a convenient and comfortable place to stay. As a non-smoker, I do not have any pets, but I am open to living with them if necessary. Thank you for taking the time to consider my request for a room in Mississauga.

Notwithstanding, if anyone knows any agent who can assist should pls share their contact.

Why not download the form separately, fill and sign by both parties and upload with your other docs.

Where do I upload it if there is no space for it? All other forms already have where to upload from

I am almost on the same page as you but I have been reading and I know for sure you need an LOE, an invitation letter from your husband, his school documents - ID, SIN and your personal documents including POF and your current job.

Congratulations on your PPR
Please I need help, I have read many pages on this thread and I cannot find answers to any of my questions. I just got PPR for my study visa and I would like to apply for my husband immediately before I leave the country and I have the following questions

1. What category do I select when booking medicals, is it for visitor?

2. What are the documents I need to submit, I believe I do not need to write an invitation letter since I am still in Nigeria. Am I supposed to write an LOE and what would be the content?

3. He has a visitors visa application on the new portal, should I cancel it?

4. Do I use my GCkey to apply for him or open a new one for him?

Please I need you guys to help answer these questions, SweetJJ, Ketima, Profgordons and the others who have applied for SOWP

Thanks

I am sorry I did not see your mails, I responded to a lot of people and I sincerely would have missed out on yours. My apologies

Thank you for your response, yes I applied for extension but I did not follow up on it and I did not bother because I managed to leave the US exactly 6 months after I got in. Ill go for the follow up interview and see how it goes

Blackfinegirl:

Let me just answer you Sha, because I tried contacting you several times last year to get some clarifications on uk visa application. Although I finally got the UK visa.

Anyways I stayed 6 months and few days in america and i applied for extension. I was not called for interview. Did you apply for extension ? . I don't think its a big deal, just tell them it was out of your control, I do not think it will be used against you.

Good day everyone, my visa was refused and I have been asked to come for an interview.

I stayed in the US for 6 months straight in 2020 because of covid and the shut down of our airspace.

I want to know if there is anyone in my situation that went back for an interview, what questions were asked and the outcome.

Also I filled that I was single in my form but my wedding took place same week I submitted my passport, I intend telling the VO when I go for my interview

Pls those who have gone for a follow up interview after staying too long due to covid should share their experiences. Thanks

The date that popped was not convenient for me ( i was in a neighboring country) . It has since then not popped up another. Recent Inquiries i made shows that Thursday has been set aside for follow up appointments for 221g refusals.
Please, how true is this?

Hi, did you get a paper with your passport? If you did just take it with you to the embassy on a Thursday btw the hours of 6;30 and 9;30am

you'll be interviewed

Thank you for the reply, I am going to pay my tuition from my pocket and I intend to pay full tuition just that I would be having about 5 million Naira left in my account.

The program I am going for is a 2 year program and the tuition is 18k CAD, although I can take care of all my expenses but part of my funds are in business at the moment hence the reason for my parents input

My Dad is going to transfer 5 million Naira for my first year living expenses to my account, the second instalment would come after one tear of living in Canada so he is my co-sponsor and my school fees would still be paid from my pocket.

Pls can I get a sample of the letters and gift of deed you attached to your application, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Ketima:

From the bolded, it means your dad is your sponsor or Co-sponsor. That's Sponsor is PA/Parent.

Did you pay any tuition deposit? If you did, who paid it? If you haven't, how do you intend to pay it and from who? If you say you're self sposnor and you're needing up to 10million from another person, then you're not self sponsor.(my thought)

So, pls do well to include SOA of your dad cos as you need to prove to the vo source of lump sum, it will make your claim of source of fund easier.

In summary, since is your dad, and if your tuition can come from you driectly and living expenses from dad, then choose sposnor as PA/Parent. In My time, I paid my full tuition from my pocket but got living expenses from Sponsor. My co-sponsor now did gift deed, sponsorship Letter/declaration of sponsorship.

My opinion though.

Congrats to everyone that has received PPR

I would like to ask how a gift deed is prepared, I intend have my dad transfer 5 million Naira to me as cost of living expenses for one year and with a promise to send another 5 million for the next year of study after on year.

My dad only does property business at the moment with no tax clearance and much documents, should I still use his SOA?

If I add gift of deed do I still need to ask him to write a sponsorship letter since I am the primary sponsor and he is supporting with living expenses for both years?

Can I just add his SOA and document of his properties?

I am yet to apply, I am just preparing all the documents I need

Please I need the gurus input and anyone else that has an idea

Thanks

Thank you for the reply at least I am visible.
I was thinking that since I got a good GP for my masters that it could influence the admission process for another masters

My major concern is that the VO might raise eyebrows if I decide to go for a PGD with a masters degree already. I do not want to make any mistakes.
With regards to your first question concerning if it's ok for you to go for masters in environmental science, occupational safety which aligne with your educational background or buisness degree which goes with your past and present buisness work experience.
For me I will say it all depends on what your future prospects or should I say long term goals are, so if you can answer this then you can easily pick which course to go for in Masters.

Good day everyone, I am new here although I have read a couple of pages already.
I would like to ask for advise from the gurus especially from Frankrobbin and Lekiboboe as I have been coming across both names.
I would like to pick a course that befits my profile and then apply for the visa.
I have a Bsc in environmental science (2.2) and Masters in environmental management(4.4gp), my masters degree is professional hence it is not accepted for Phd studies. I also have basic HSE 1-3 certifications
I have 5 years work experience in sales, customer service, marketing, management and very little experience in HSE
I run a fashion business currently and I have been on it for 6 years and counting after leaving the 9-5 job
I would either want to go for masters in environmental science, occupational safety as this is my educational background or a business degree because my experiences so far has been in business. I would like to know if I can secure admission for masters being that my first degree is 2.2 or if I should settle for a postgraduate course instead?
I have good travel history if that counts for anything
I would also like to know if my Dad can be a co-sponsor
I am 31 and single.

Please someone should reply as this the 3rd time I am posting. Thank you

Awaiting responses from the gurus in the house. Thanks

Someone should please respond because I feel like I am not visible here
