He gave me the breakdown of the slots as follows
1. The state governor who has a 100 slot per local government.
2. The senator who has a 50 slot per local government.
3. Member of the house of representatives who has a 35 slot per local government.
4. Member of the state house of assembly who has a 25 slot
5. The local traditional head who has a slot of 15 per community.
Meanwhile the committee still have their own slots. When he told me this i was very discouraged because i don't have the means to get in contact with the above listed individuals. So my question is, if someone does not have connections he cannot have jobs in Nigeria again abi?
