u hv got to admit the guy has talent.not in singin sha. but in poetry or suimthin. he played the guitar behind his next and he played it well. i swear if i was a talent scout i would have grabbed that boy.

a cup of flour
250g butter
mixed fruits
i tsp baking powder
a cup of sugar
1/2 a cup of cocoa
lemon rind
6 eggs
nutmeg

mix the butter and sugar together until its very creamy. it would change colour and become white. usually afta 40 min add the eggs one at at time add the lemon rind, if u are using a wooden spoon be sure to mix in one direction.
next sieve the floor,bakin powder and cocoa together with a lil nutmeg just a pinch,add a spoon at a time into the butter mixture.add the raisins.
butter a tin heat the oven to 150 and put your cake in.
note make sure u heat the oven first.
dont open the oven till 40 min afta puttin ther cake in.
dont slam or hit the oven.

I need the recipe for making chin-chin

u need
lemon rind- gives it a nice flavour
an egg
2 cups of flour
about 2 tablespoon of butter
sugar to taste say a cup.
pinch of salt
water
mix all the dry ingredients ie flour ,sugar,salt, and lemon rind.
add the butter and egg and knead throughly.
addin the water is the tricky part it has to be just ok so add a little water at a time and knead till its able to become a nice round firm dough. the dough shld be smooth and firm.
leave to sit 4 about 2-3 hours.
roll out then fry.
when u perfect it u can substitute water for liquid milk.
