Normally, my babe eats 1-2 hours round the clock (we're ebf sha). Atimes at night, she would just be turning and turning without fully waking up, then I'll just carry her up and put her to suck.

Ahh. We have been having light here o, until last night that they took it around 11pm. What made it worse was, madam has refused to sleep in her bed with net, so we had to fix net so she can join us in our bed. And you know how that thing can cause heat. We have demonic mosquitoes in this our area so I couldn't even take chances. She slept with only diaper yesterday while her dad and I took turns to be fanning her till daybreak. We've been having consistent power supply so I didn't know the weather was this terrible. I guess she sweated all her urine away.

Nimi22 comeoo abeg. That thing that happened to your boy has happened to us o! Diaper that we wore around 10 am, I woke her to change it since she's been sleeping since then, but no single drop of pee on it oo! No pee smell either, still as fresh as when we wore it.
Although, she has been sweating plenty since morning. They just restored power supply since morning, so I guess the weather has been really hot.

It's their weekly shopping allowance. Every week, they get to wager 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. If big brother is impressed with their performance for the week, they win their wager and as such have enough bbn naira to shop for all their needs in the house for the following week. If they loose their wager, depending on how much they wager, (the worst is to wager 100% and loose) they become broke and are unable to shop for their essential needs in the house. This week they wagered 75% so they have lost 75% of the money they could use to buy items for the house for next week.

It almost crept in on me in the first few days meehn.. The pains I experienced after my Cs, plus my continuous relapse in health, plus sleepless nights due to baby's constant demand for food (ebf things ), in fact ehn, it was my mum's presence that kept me sane.
There were times when I just hated everything, like, issokay I no do again, take the baby away I'm done having a baby!

I would just snap at my dh for no just cause, and that one go just dey confused. My aunts said I was aggressive and that was why my cs pain wouldn't go but they didn't know.

God bless my mum. She would stress up the whole day taking care of me, baby and the whole family, then no sleep at night too cos of baby. She slept on the same bed with baby while I slept on another bed in the same room tho. When baby woke, she would try to pacify her and make her go to bed. She would only slightly tap me to wake up and feed her after which she takes her back and makes her sleep.

Sincerely I was mad at everything. I didn't want the baby again. I wondered how people managed to have many children. [s] (but now I wouldn't mind dancing that one corner that brought me here again ) [/s] . I wouldn't even pick my calls when people called to congratulate me.
It was my mum's help that kept me sane all through till I begun to feel ashamed of myself for hating on the poor innocent baby
