And the belle kukuma be trailer size. We all dey expect twins or triplets. When them announce say she don born, instead wey people go ask say boy or girl, everybody just dey ask say na how many she born? If my belle wan big like that, then make e be twins or triplets o if not, I go flog the one wey comot say where the remaining

Maybe you should just prepare your mind towards both. Have everything ready from before the earliest EDD. After all, EDDs are +or - 2weeks so that anytime baby Cole decides to show face, he'll not take us unawares. He'll surely come when he's ready. I guess EDDs are just to prepare us for the likely time. Babies no kukuma know which one be edd. They'll just pop out when they are ready.


PS. I saw one huge preggy woman on Sunday and was wondering if it was you. I almost shouted Nimi22! [size=4pt] Are you huge? [/size]

I'm spotting for 2hours now. I'll be 12weeks gone by Wednesday and just want to start antenatal tomorrow. I've had miscarriage before, can't go through the emotional trauma again. I was anxious to do scan tomorrow but I'm dreading that my worst fear might be confirmed I've cried my eyes out in fear.

So I couldn't help it. Just finished eating almost half of the parboiled rice

Is this even normal?

So recently, dh brought home this 25kg bag of rice called Al-Wabel Premium Rice. I noticed that it has this smell of fresh earth that rain just fell on (that dusty, earthy rainy aroma, oh la la).

And I've seriously been craving that earthy smell... Just last week at the market, one vehicle was just spraying dust with its tyres and everyone had to leave there except me I didn't mind that dust was settling on my dress, I just stayed foolishly inhaling dusty earth.

Back to the matter. The last time I cooked this rice, the smell was so strong after parboiling that I just started eating the half-done rice. I actually felt like drinking the water I used in parboiling but for self control.
But it seems I'm fast loosing it. I don't know how much longer I can cope before I start drinking rice water oo.
All the smell goes off when the rice is fully done, but that parboiling stage is something else o. Please mamas come to my aid before I feed this child in me with rice water!

Any mama used that Al-Wabel rice before? How can I cope abeg?

That tramadol thing... I had severe pains in my first trimester and I asked the gynae to prescribe something other than pcm for me. He said tramadol, but that it was risky for 1st trim. I couldn't take the risk so I had to endure the pains. But someone told me she took it in her second trim and nothing went wrong.

Happy New month cappo and my fellow Teamies!! Did a scan last week and confirmed my EDD according to my LMP(now Now 1st, still team Nov) . Lo's Gender is XX(just what my Hubby and I wanted) , will still have to do re do another scan tho to avoid stories that touch ..

About the stretch mark, started using Coconut and shea butter in my first trimester, but my hubby spotted a tiny winny stretch mark on the lower side of my bump cos I stopped using the oil and butter religiously...choi you needed to see the way I applied both on my Bump immediately .No BH yet...So far so good, the journey has been smooth!!

May God see us through the remaining weeks!!

As for the stretch marks, for two days now I've not looked at my belly in the mirror, I'm hoping that when next I look, they would have mysteriously disappeared

thanks my Dear!! On your next scan you should see it clearly coz I believe the foetus is rife to a large extent. Hubby just dey jump up and down hence he couldn't contain his joy!! Before I conceived, we bought Male Clothes as a point of contact!! He's been looking out for the signs of old wives tale related to Boy Gender everyday!! I swear men get wahala nobi small.. For me, which ever! I remain grateful to God irrespective of Gender.

Shea butter is very good,especially if you can get the original unrefined one. I used it for my 1st pregnancy and I didn't have any stretch marks but I was lackadasical about stretch marks in my 2nd so I didn't use anything. My stomach was already filled with stretch marks by the 7th month.

on the stretch mark, Check out this product.. Many people i know have used it and it worked for them... I am currently using it but you have to start very early before the tummy starts showing...you can start now, it might still work. very effective

It's really soft and nice on the skin and very foamy too. I thought it would be too hard, but it's not, and the texture is better for me than the foams I see around. Chai, your own good o, no stretch marks I bought my baby oil, shey make I begin the use am before baby? I bought one baby pack that contains oil, lotion, soap, jelly even sponge. Na so I carry the sponge say make I test am so I will be sure it won't be too hard on baby's skin then I fell in love with the sponge. Shey I will not help baby to use all his/her things first so? Dh was just looking at me like, this woman, you for tell me say na you we come do shopping for instead na

Have we started feeling the braxton hicks yet? I think I have, but not very regularly yet. But the kicks and tumblings are so much a times I feel lo wants to jump out!

And Chai! I discovered stretch marks on my tummy!! I used to be happy, thinking there was no stretch marks o, until one day... And dh had been seeing it all the while o, yet he never told me I accused him and he said he thought it was a normal phase. Biko, what can I use to remove them oo Abi they will go on their own after delivery? I rubbed Shea butter on it, but I don't know if it's effective. Chai! Motherhood is bae. Dh said I should leave it, so that it will not disturb his child
