In am from Niger Delta, and Delta state in particular. Biafra will not be crazy about who becomes the leader.... Ibos are not lazy people.

Check the population of SS and check that of SE before you talk of Minority. My state delta returned 1.2m vote for Jonathan. We were only surpassed by rivers 1.4m votes for jonathan.

The president-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, has appealed to Nigerians to give his government a bit of time to fix all the problems facing the country. He also said he will need enough time to address the Boko Haram insurgency in the North-east and other challenges confronting the nation. Buhari made this appeal in Kaduna at the weekend when he received a delegation of the All Progressives Congress, APC, members from Bauchi State led by the state governor-elect. “The change which Nigerians expect from my administration can not be realised overnight,” he said.

When the govt boosts agric production and brings in the private sector, your calculations will be rendered void. Also, remember that GMB wants to run a LEAN government thereby reducing recurrent expenditure and cutting government costs. This will surely cover for any possible deficit
