If they all run all through the same system abroad as u say then i believe they are all sealed and out of sight and reach to the average joe. Central sewer lines you mean, is different from flood water drainage(gutters.You can't connect your domestic waste water to a flood water drainage system, it is wrong. Don't even try to justify it. Nigerians provide water, electricity for themselves anyway so what stops people from having their own septic tank & soakway pit?
Drains are meant for flood water only.

i find it shocking some Nigerians are actually suggesting channeling waste water to flood water drainage systems.
