Yesterday was a tough day for me when i got home and met a girl crying beside my house, she told me how she had being sleeping in a primary school for two days without food,and how her biological father send her out of his house for being pregnant. This is her story. I lost my mother years back and had being living with my two older brothers and father in Jos,both my brothers are in school and was left alone with my father who was later transfer to lafia in nasarawa state. I was left alone in the house,my father's friend took advantage of that and always molest me. I never told anyone because i was afrid no one wil belive me.about a momth a go my father moved me to his present place in lafia where i discover i was pregnant. I got to know my dad's girlfriend which i told her everything ,she then told my father and he confronted his friend which he denied it saying, how can he do such.my father send me out and told me never to come back again,his girlfriend begged bt he refused.my brothers and other relative phone numbers are in my school bag which i left behind,now i dont know anyone here i just want to go to my uncle's house in lagos. Now what do i do,mind you the said father is a policeman and that means trouble, i taught of handing her over to the state social services by monday but stil want to hear your noble opinion my fellow nairalanders pls advice |

My dear be careful of deciet. I heard a true life testimony of a lady dis year.they met every of her needs including a 3 bedroom flat with 2 cars 4 her,for three years he had nt be intimate wit her. I met this guy when i was jus 18yr.we had a good relationship for 8years. He's nt handsome bt hav a gud heart dat makes him a lady's man. We had our ups and down as couples do n people think we might end up together. There re times i spend nites alone in his house while waiting for him bt he,s busy in d arms of older women. Busy_body: Can't anyone call the cops on him whilst he is beating the boy so they can catch him red-handed. Yes i agree with you.it was the same for my 12yr old son.got to the house and met him kneeling for 3hr and alrdy dyhdrated but wen i talk to the father, he use the same stick he beat the boy on me. I got out and reported him to the police. He was warned n never did that again |

Am married to a man who has no respect for a woman. We dated for a year and got married. I found out that my opinion doesn't count in the marriage. Its only what he wants that happen n decline advice from anyone at all. I tried to stay and make it work no matter what, in that event we had four kids. This children watch their father beat, insult and frustrate me in order to leave his house every passing day but for their sake I refuse. Mind you am just 35yrs while he's 59. My son who will turn 12 told me one day, mummy why can't you just go instead of taking all this beating for our sake, my husband expect me to just leave like that but I took my children with me but he insist i give them to him. I took the matter court which he didn't expect me to because he felt am weak. Now he's hunting me and threaten to deform me. And for the record I was not his first wife. 1 Like |
