The present youth of this country can be regarded as unfortunate being that has been subjected to various hardship ranging from unemployment, jobless , lack of good education, frustration etc, with the present of new government, i want to suggest to all youth in this country to come together using this platform to set agenda of change for this government so that youth can be placed in their right position. setting agenda for this present government like creating or making suggestion on various situation where the loopholes can be minimized. Do you think the present system of government is the best for this country, is there any way to minimize all these wastage, now that the senators has refused to reduce their salary where a lot of youth are jobless where an average Nigerian cannot take 3 square meal per day, is it not possible to make suggestion that all senators should be on part time basis, is it not possible for all of them to reside in their respective home and still do the normal debating using electronic means or internet, let reason together and do things differently instead of repetition that has failed us over some years.
The first thing on our agenda is that all youth should form a forum or assemble, this may not be inform of physical assembly but by making comment on this issue of change has significance dat you are part of change dat we above to start and by the time we reach advance stage of the change our record we show the participant and the contribution of each one of us can generate the type of change dat we need in this country, those in govt. can easily extract from our suggestion and make use of it.

How can u have open your two eyes and allow your money to remain in your portal, u can use such money to register more course and boast your credit unit, look, Goodluck did not even allow money to remain in account, how then can u allow such thing to happen to u.

1. Abuja Zone

2. Benin Zone

3. Enugu Zone

4. Jos Zone

5. Kaduna Zone and

6. Lagos Zone

Note only 100 and 200 level students who are affected are to submit their names to the center
Who is the officer incharge of exam or director of NOUN Exam? pls. if u know the person mentioned above, kindly inform he or she, i know the person cannot be male because the mode of her behaviour, pls. tell her not to spoil NOUN for us, how can a person with his 100% sense tell NOUN students to go from one study centre to another centre to write exam, particularly at this period in which to get accommodation, food, transport money and other expenses may be difficult in area u don't even know anybody. Nobody force NOUN to open exam registration, therefore on behalf of all members of this forum and NOUN students throughout the whole Nation, we are given the person concerned to allow the exam to take place in all the centres or increase the number of centre for the conduct of the exam. infact it is so bad that Ekiti, kwara osun oyo, ogun, ondo, kogi have only lagos and kaduna as the closest place to write the exam therefore we are given u 48hrs to reverse the decision.

How i save a student from wasteful 3 semester that would have amount to over 75,000.00
At times u may be doing some wrong things thinking that u are on the right path, that was exactly the situation with the student in question. She filled the form by herself and she was given access admission, on her way to the school, she reluctantly show me the admission letter and i told her the course she suppose to fill and she agreed, i login using her login details and made some corrections in the form and she was given admission to 100L. Therefore it is always good to seek advice from more experience person raither than engaging on something u know little or nothing about. At the end of the whole show she gave me #500.00 which i quite appreciate. If the above situation applicable to u, u can call me on 07066369302.

HOW TO USE NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE TO PURSUE HIGHER DEGREE IN ANY CONVENTIONAL UNIVERSITY IN NIGERIA AND ABROAD. ACESS OR CERTIFICATE TO PHD.
If you have written Jamb for several times without success or did WAEC for several times, I think this write up will be useful for you, you can obtain National Open University of Nigeria admission without the rigour of Jamb although you will have to pay for Jamb regularization fees before the end of your course. Processes involve in purchasing and filling of form up to screening in your center of your choice can be seen in my former write up. Certificate obtain at the end of your course can be used to pursue higher degree in Open University or any conventional university. I will start with somebody with incomplete result or somebody who has deficient in one or two subjects like somebody without English or mathematics- you can start with certificate program or Diploma or access program in NOUN. To use the certificate obtain at the end of the course to pursue higher degree require you to more focus, determine and concentrate in your study if possible get extra lecture or assistance from more experience students or qualified and experience teachers within your environment, then you will be able to have a good grade which you can use to pursue such a higher degree. As for certificate program you must pass all course stipulated particularly the GST courses before you can proceed to Diploma. Also, for Diploma you must have at least overall Credit which is approximately 50% before you can be allowed to pursue Degree. To use such diploma to pursue higher degree in conventional university , you will require to have upper credit which is approximately 60%. To obtain the above stated result is very simple, do your assignment and make sure you don’t have less than 27 out of 30 marks and try your best in exam. To be continued- Next is Degree certificate to Master.
HOW TO USE NOUN DEGREE TO PURSUE HIGHER DEGREE IN NOUN OR OTHER UNIVERSITY EITHER IN NIGERIA OR ABROAD
The moment u are given admission, u have to set your target, your first target should be no failure whatever in any course. second target should be either first class (70%) or above, second class upper (60%) or above or second class lower(50%) or above, anything less than this will prevent u to have a smooth progress to higher degree or u may have to go through PGD.Now what are the steps to take to achieve the above target? The above question depend on your determination which will require u to be fully focused, concentrate and little effort. I think i have covered more about how to achieve your target , u can browse nairaland for apeelewuetu post, if u need more details, u can contact me on 07066369302. To be continued - Next is Master to PHD.

how to make the school bow for you and not u bow for school.
Register your courses as early as possible, do not register less than 24 credit units, if u don't have enough course to reach 24 units add from your next semester to complete it.
collect the available materials and start downloading and printing the unavailable ones. I think i can do dat for u at a cheaper rate.
Look for past TMA and past questions, go through the materials and attempt the available exercise and past questions.
register for exam as your failure to register for exam mean u will not be allowed to write exam.
read for an average of 2 to 3 hours per day.
Download and print your TMA (Tutor Mark Assignment).
Answer the TMA, first on paper before taking it to online or cafe for submission.
If u have a more experience students or teachers around u , give it to them and let them do correction for u but it is necessary the person must use NOUN material or go over the material before he or she can answer the question successfully as the best professor can easily score less than pass mark if he or she failed to use the NOUN material.
Prepare for exam by using various study skill u have learnt in GST. Print your ID card and exam registration slip for exam.
Arrive at the venue of the exam atleast 1 hour to the exam.
attempt all questions but don't be too greedy.
pray and try your best, don't involve in any form of exam. maltpractice.
for further information involves in getting good grade in NOUN exam. you can contact me on 07066369302, apeelewuetu is now in kaduna study center, labaraku area, airforce workshop, opposite National Open University of Nigeria,Kaduna. Goodluck.

Sorry, for now there is no course relating to surveying but u can start fresh degree like data management, computer and information communication which i think will be an added advantage to your previous experience. but if u still insist to start from 200L i will advice u to go for education program, they may consider u for 200L. e.g. physics, mathematics, chemistry, PRY. EDU.etc but u must have your o level like physics, chemistry and biology, u can call me on 07066369302 for further information.

Do I need to register for the new course or I continue with already registered course in last semester which I didn't do the exams.

Thank you.
go to your study centre and drop those one that are not relevant to the current situation and register the current available course particularly the compulsory courses, it is not the fault of the school and not your fault raither because we don't know the reason behind your failure to write the exam, changes are made as a result of frequent monitoring by National University Commission that see to smooth runing of all university in Nigeria, thesame also apply to all conventional university.
