i also seriously suggest that you don't consider degrees, Nigerian universities don't offer courses that has all the details you asked for. And for those private universities that offer programming related courses, most programmers, their students are not that serious about programming. most programmers in Nigeria are pple that developed themselves. so just ask for their profiles and/or portfolios only

format ur system if only you have the Recovery CD that came along with ur laptop as using a 'generic' OS installation CD might be kind of problematic

there is this new site that is being advertised in the national dailies. it's www.procurementwatch.com.

the main idea of the site is to creat an avenue for pple to find procurement/supply related opportunities online. but you have to buy airtime with ur ATM cards.

what's ur opinion about this idea of having to buy airtime before u can access a site like this?

it's mainly to create blank images. sometime it's used to create balance in design

obviously u use photoshop/fireworks to design your web graphics. those guys must have put it there for one or 2 reasons. a number of the pple who wrote those apps are members of W3C or at least understand the w3c standards

i think the site is very cool. and the concept is tight.

one can hardly tell whats going to be next, people who have tried predicting the future of technology have usual failed. we are supposed to expect far more that what we now have - something that we dont have names for right now nor we can imagine.

some of them might sound funny and stupid but remember that IBM's chief said in the 1950s that only about 2 PCs would be sold outside the Research and business fields. he was totally wrong
