You can't withdraw with GTB card from PayPal.
The issue with the Africard is general, all over the place.
We're waiting to see if it gets resolved.
If you tried withdrawing and it didn't go through, leave your PayPal account for 3-4 days before trying again.

someone thats being held hostage does not threaten like she was heard repeating in the video " if you should touch me" she held the phone in one hand and gave him an invitation to touch her probably by what she might have said or done before that part... or do you mean nothing happened ? and the guy just walked up straight to touch her? she knows she would be recording it and hence the loud screams before he even came close ..staged because she had the intention to make something out of the scenario.

At that point when she issued out her threats , she had alighted the car already and a practical hostage victim should have been frantic and very apprehensive and would have tried to make a run for her life,rather than standing on the spot recording and issuing threats.
