So over 40 odd million people are gonna vote for GEJ PDP. Absolute rubbish. They keep posting these 60% figures and expect people to buy into these numbers but everyone (nigerians, foreign diplomats, journalists, etc) know the real lay of the land. Let them rig and watch the country burn. |
Leave beaf alone please. He's just pisse.d because he knows its over. His boy has been played like the proverbial fiddle and he's seen the writing on the wall. I told ya'll PDP is now a regional party. Have fun playing opposition for the next 60 years, buddy. |
HAHAHAH I just love it how all these Pro GEJ threads fail so miserably. It must be the hardest job in the world supporting that guy. |
Luck eventually runs out; just ask any gambler. |
You can't base a model on previous elections in this country as they were all flawed. These numbers you are using literally mean nothing. I appreciate the hard work but really you are wasting your time. |
The "press" in this country is a complete joke. There is no "freedom" of the press here because all the media houses are available to the highest bidder. I mean, does anyone really read any of these rags to get their news anymore? |
Old enough to be your father. Trust me. |
Not only is this endorsement highly damaging to Ribadu's "popularity" but its strange that IBB has come out to officially back an "also ran" candidate. IBB knows this. Trust me there is more to this than meets the eye. |
^^ How sweet. You curse like my younger sister. |
Stop being an attention seeking m0ron and actually contribute something meaningful to this forum because even if you're not beef all this "me me, look at me" rubbish sure does smell like him. |
@ muami my girlfriend once told me this: "Even though you say you love me, I don't believe you. It's not what you say, it's what you do." This is how Nigerians feel about the PDP. They have been telling this country for the last 12 years how much they care for you, how much they love you, how honest and faithful they are. They sometimes even buy you some nice stolen flashy diamonds - like 10billion dollar gas projects or a fancy new rail set - but dude, let me tell you something: they are all sweet sweet lies. Sweet lies that are being whispered into your ears at night time. They don't mean it. They're just gaming us. Appealing to the slut in you. Giving you the promise of a good time and a quick ride. And you lap it up even though you've heard the same lies for 12 years straight. That's why I don't care about their fancy new PIB or education plan, or Industry bail out package etc because we've been here before and we've been let down before. I don't care about these "western-style" advertising rip-offs - "I am Goodluck Jonathan"!! Haba!! Heaven forbid. Me Goodluck Jonathan!! Never!! No, what I want are facts. I want action. I won't be sweet talked anymore. It's not what you say, it's what you do. And from what I've seen GEJ has done jack in the past 12 years. Or does anyone want to prove me wrong? As for buhari, well, he may not flash his eyelids at you, and he certainly won't try and get you drunk and take advantage of you in the back of his jeep, but he'll always be there for you. His track record speaks for it self. If he says he's meeting you at the restaurant at 8, he'll be there at 8. Unlike that dodgy PDP man who'll call you at 9.30 telling you he's sorry but he's "taking breeze with the koko master". So you keep being seduced by a sweet talking creep who's only interested in using you and then discarding you after he's had his way. I'll take the "real thing" thank you very much. But he's the thing: after you've been kicked out onto the street by your man don't come running to me because there's NO VACANCY HERE. |
Hahahahahaha, Funniest thread ever. Northerner supporting GEJ. Lai lai |
1) Gej will not win as many votes as you are predicting in the North following the loss of the NPLC. His support there is literally non existent. May I repeat again, the loss of NPLF was a HAMMER BLOW). 2) Buhari will do just fine in the South West. The region is made up of 60% muslims. These muslims go to mosques. These mosques act as the best form of political mobalisation. The Bakare factor shouldn't be underplayed as well. BB is fine. Trust me. |
What a great thread!! I am English, from London but living in Lagos. BB has my full and unconditional support. The PDP is an evil party. Anyone who has spent time abroad would understand this. This country is being kept behind for run reason, and one reason alone: bad leadership. |
The presidents speaks about tackling corruption with Bode George smiling only a few meters away. That's all I have to say about GEJ. |
RIP PDP. The US govt have been giving subtle anti-PDP statements for the past few weeks now. I think everyone can see the writing on the wall. Sorry to all you GEJ supporters. I hope you will come out and support Buhari in april. |
Igbos stopped being relevant in national politics they day they decided to sell atiku (the man who promised them an immediate VP slot and the presidency in 2015) down the river for the immediate riches from johnny boy's pocket. anyway, the real news in this story is the nplf. gej was banking on that. and they've done him like a kipper. as I predicted many many moons ago, the PDP is now a regional south south - south east (?) party. RIP PDP. |
^^^ I think you may have missed the point. |
That guy just finished Jonathan. |
This man has clearly never been to Nigeria. What a useless piece of drivel. |
The man is one of the biggest exponents of tribal politics in the country. If there is any post elections violence then the responsibility will be placed squarely on his shoulders. |
Fantastic move from the boys!! This means we get to see GEJ up against Pat Utomi!! It'll be like sending a lamb to the wolves. |
Guys, exercise some common sense. This statement came from a member of the gej campaign team. 40%!! LOL. This really is silly season. |
Polls are meaningless in this country. In fact I'd wager I guess that turnout at rallies are a better indication of voting behaviour than these polls. |
None of the three candidates from tonight's debate will be attending GEJs expo debate. Goodluck can debate with dele and pat if he wants. The funny thing is that Pat would rip him to shreds. |
Kebbi. Bros, you should have seen it. It will be remembered as the day that Buhari won the election. Any Nigerian watching that on TV will now understand the love the people have for this man. They weren't there to fight over handouts or to chop free food. They were there to catch a glimpse of their hero and to hear him speak. Which is why it makes me laugh when I hear all these GEJ people saying "PDP is on the ground" or "PDP is better at grass roots politics". HAHA!! Today we've seen grass roots politics at its finest. It doesn't get more raw than this. The revolution will be televised, and today it was! |
It was insane. I've very rarely seen anything like that on TV. The only thing comparable to the excitement and vastness of the crowd would have been Obama in Chicago on his election night. Buhari is untouchable in the north. Truly amazing footage. |
Oh but the wonderland does exist. You just haven't been there yet. It is truly fabulous. |
You're a bit sensitive aren't you mate. You need to toughen up a bit. I can almost hear you crying from all the way over here in London. |
None of the candidates can win this election in a landslide. The new voters register has seen to that. |
INEC extended the registration date for presidential candidates until the 28th of February. |
Beaf:WOW. you actually come here to "take breaks"? dude, that's an interesting choice given the hostile and often preditory nature of this forum. i can recomend other hobbies if you are in need of distraction? knitting - or building those little ships in the big glass bottles - might be better for the ol' ticker. oh, there is ALWAYS hanky-panky ![]() |
