seunny4lif: Iran released footage of missile launches towards Israel
Estimated military cost of last night's operations based on the figures published in the media:
110 ballistic missiles: 30-50 million dollars
45 cruise missiles: 4-7 million dollars
170 Shahed-136: 4-5 million dollars
Total: 62-38 million dollars
The collective USA,UK and Israel spent over 2 billion dollars defending Israel
In just one night. You see why the MIC is the most profitable business in the entire history of man. Hence, so long as there are men, there would be wars. |

Russia is ready, and I'm not joking. The US as it is now does not have the stomach to fight Iran in a direct hot war, let alone a regional one. The numbers of US casualties alone would make Vietnam looks like child's play. US think-tanks have gamed this scenario many times and the result turns out to be very pathetic. It's Israel that is just needlessly dragging in the US into trouble. |

StudyBarn: You've been advised to obtain a basic education before mouthing off on geopolitical realities you have no understanding of nor frankly the mental bandwidth for. This is not the Ukrainian army that builds fortifications in residential areas and mines apartment blocks.
Iran's retaliation was not to escalate but to put the Zionist regime on notice that Iran will not shy away from direct conflict if Israel keeps provoking it. It not only activated the Muslim population of the middle east but also drew a contrast between Iran's support for Gaza and the capitulation of the other rulers of the other middle east countries to Israel.
The full geopolitical implication of this is yet unclear but already in an election year in which I'd be proudly voting for Republican for the first time gas prices are about to go through the roof if the middle east becomes an even bigger conflagration, oil prices shoot up Biden loses. For the sake of your sanity, ignore that man. |

dermmy: Most people think Iran cannot attack US but Iran shocked us when it attacked US bases in Iraq in Jan 2020 giving US soldiers life threatening traumatic brain injuries. We also thought it couldn't attack Israel directly as the Israeli worshippers here would say
"If dem born Iran well make dem attack Israel"
Iran has attacked Israel o. Though they will now shift goal post by saying
"ehn the missiles and drones were intercepted but Israel killed an Iranian General"
Only a strategic expert and those who understand intl politics know the significance of what Iran just did. Don't use emotions to analyse geo politics start thinking now. Many folks here just reason based on emotions and religion affiliations. What Iran did today is called deterrence. People don't have to die enmass to make that point. |

seunny4lif: During a Phone Call tonight by U.S. President Biden with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Biden reportedly said that Israel should consider tonight’s Iranian Attack as Largely Unsuccessful and a “Win” due to nothing of Value appearing to have been Lost and it being a Clear Demonstration of Israel’s Superior Military Capability. Also during the Call, President Biden is reported to have said that the United States would not Participate in any Offensive Action against Iran.
Well, I don’t believe any USA president.
Waiting for Trump, republican senators and representatives to talk this morning how Biden and Democrats are too weak to rule USA and Iran dare not try it if Republican person was the president.
This is Cinema
I told you this before, US have no stomach for a large scale war right now. So, they're trying to deescalate quickly. If another retaliation from Israel happens, Iran would most likely close the Straight of Hormuz and things would really get bad from there economically. It's in the best interest for both Israel and US to end this right now. |

seunny4lif: if Iran strike Israel, then it will benefit Russia massive because USA will forget about Ukraine within a second.
Iran will be so foolish to strike a nuke armed nation that is not afraid to use them, remember that Iran will not be fighting Israeli military but rather be fighting USA(NATO). Iranian generals and scientists will kept getting killed until Iran show the world her nuclear missiles. Imagine the disrespect as in massive disrespect for USA to killed Iran second most powerful person with an air strike. Air strikes for that matter not even that they tried to use other methods. What did Iran do? Hit USA bases in Iraq but informed the Iraq government few hours before doing it. Within those period, USA already moved better equipment away.
With all the madness the USA haven’t even tried that rubbish with North Korea talkless of Russia that is their main adversary because they know the consequences of it.
Those weapons they could not give Ukraine because of Russia retaliation, will be send to Isreal without thinking about it.
USA alongside her allies supported and protection Israeli military against Hamas that is small, now imagine what they will do to Iran.
USA will empty all her storages for Israel, in fact no matter who becomes the USA president, Isreal is a no go area for anyone. Israel is one of the states of USA. Remember that USA(Israel) is not afraid to lose few bombers and jets, they will make Iraq look like a paradise compared to what they will do to Iran. USA is built for war, they need war to function unlike Russia.
USA(Isreal) have been preparing for this since over 30 years. Reason I said Iranian leaders were so foolish not to have 100s of nukes by now.
They are sitting on everything to have nukes yet blow that away.
You think that Israeli military hit Iranian embassy with those missiles, without approval from USA? They want to take away their citizens mind from what is happening on Palestine matter, inflations and their failure in Ukraine, and Iran is the perfect solution. They know their citizens will immediately support them against Iran. Years of propaganda is not a joke, even you and I know that nobody can beat USA on propaganda war, I mean no Nation on earth. USA is built for it.
If Iran thinks that Russia will defend them against Isreal, then Iran will be played like a child. Russia and Israel relationship is a toxic one, love and hate, nothing Putin can do about it. You need to have nukes in this world to be protected, no nation will go to war with you when you have nukes.
Case of Iran and Israel is like Pak and India, both have been at war with each other but limited it to small scale because both nations now have nukes to wipe each other out.
If Ukraine has nukes like Russia, there wouldn’t be war in that region because Ukraine wouldn’t think of needs to join NATO. If am Iranian leaders, I will be get nukes first before starting a war with USA Israel.
Unlike Russia that refused to hit Ukraine supply lines along Polish border and the Black Sea, in terms of USA providing Ukraine with intelligence from Black Sea using drones and Co, the USA is not afraid to hit all Iran supply lines in Caspian Sea. USA will do it, they don’t care. They're done with Ukraine moving on to Israel
Unless Iran already has nukes hiding without telling the world. Remember that Iran is a nation of many nations, meaning if a war break out now, those minorities will join USA to break Iran up like Iraq, Libya and Syria are facing right now. While I agree with most of what you said up there, I don't think Israel nor US would use nuke on Iran should Iran strike hard at them. Truth be told, this whole thing isn't good for the US right now, let alone Israel. The US have no stomach for a wide regional war right now because it would force oil prices to skyrocket above the roof, which is not good for the current US and European economies, especially at a time when they are trying to keep pace with a runaway China in consumer goods manufacturing. Besides, US bases in the Middle East would suffer unprecedented attacks and casualties from multiple angles, and the chances that they can muster an effective deterrence is becoming slim every day. Jordan and Qatar just told the US that they would not allow their airspace to be used as staging ground of attack against Iran. Turkey just did the same thing now. Why? Not just because Israel is getting on everyone's nerves, but also because the US is gradually losing grip on the region where Iran has a massive influence that can really do a lot of damage. Lastly, elections are close by in the US, and the last thing the Biden's admin wants to see are body bags of US service men returning home for burial. That would effectively give Trump a free ticket to the oval office. So, looking at it from these angle, you can see why the US is in a tight corner politically and economically. That's why they're trying to make some concessions with the Houthis, and now you have Iran and Israel at loggerheads. Either way, the US is screwed except if they can come up with some backdoor agreement with Iran that would deflate the potential retaliatory strike in its extent in exchange for a "feinted" one that would act like an equilibrium while everyone goes home with some few grumblings but a better and safer ending. In time past, the US could simply have gotten Russia to do this, but with their sins everywhere in Ukraine against the bear, that channel is forever closed (maybe until when Trump wins again). Knowing this, they went to China for help with the situation, but like I said earlier, Israel's action lately has gotten to everyone, and so the Chinese simply told them to Bleep off. So the US is back to square one again....to that screw edge where Netanyahu has placed it on. Honestly, to an extent, I feel sorry for the US right now. |

WrriterNg: This is one of the reasons why I dislike Iran.
They're more about the theatrics than action. Enough of all these games. You're losing important generals, diplomats, nuclear scientists.
Strike Israel hard for once!! It is not that easy as it sound. Israel is no small force either. And beside, what the US intelligence is doing by continuing to predict when Iran will strike Israel is shifting the burden of "act quickly" on Iran instead of having it on Israel waiting erratically on when the strikes would come. It's a strategic psyop game of cat and mouse. Iran would definitely strike back but it should be on their own terms and at their chosen time. Hurrying to strike back wouldn't be in their full interest. The more they won't, the more confused and erratic the US and Israeli war cabinet would become. Honestly, I feel more sorry for the Biden Administration here because Netanyahu have succeeded in putting them in a quagmire that they can neither back down from nor been seen making concessions to Iran to avoid the imminent retaliation. Well, whatever that may come from now on, this would affect the IDF planned Rafah ground offensive that has been generating much anxiety from everywhere. Like Trump said, Netanyahu is killing Israel on the PR front. |

Russian military instructors have arrived in Niger with an air defence system and other equipment as part of the West African nation’s deepening security ties with Moscow, state television announced late on Thursday.

FoolishBoy419: Countries advance fast in certain aspects of technology and lag behind in others. It is often cheaper to just import than to spend billions researching and developing something that others have already produced and perfected. Even if you start producing them yourself, it will be hard to compete with those that have been in the game for long. China was not producing any chips before but since Trump used it against them, they have been making tremendous waves in chip technology and I believe they will surpass the West and Taiwan in a few years. Expect Russia to do something similar.
Iran is another example. They used to depend on imports for their weapons not because they didn't have the mental capacity to build them but because it was cheaper to be buying them (in the short term) but after getting sanctioned, they are producing almost everything and even selling drones to superpowers. Aptly out. |

ClassicNairan: While it's true that smaller chips can enhance radar detection capabilities, the radar cross section of an aircraft like the F22 being 0.0001m^2 doesn't necessarily imply that the chips used in its radar system are nano-sized. The radar cross section is influenced by various factors, including the aircraft's design, surface materials, and radar-absorbing coatings. Additionally, advancements in radar technology have allowed for improved detection capabilities without solely relying on nano-sized components. Therefore, while smaller chips may contribute to radar efficiency, they are not the sole determinant in achieving a low radar cross section. You're right. Chips have nothing to do with a plane being stealthy. That is purely on the stealth, radar-absorbing coating. |

ClassicNairan: Contextual Contradictions: Genesis 1:27: "So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
"Genesis 2:7: "Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being." These verses appear to present different accounts of the creation of humans, one suggesting simultaneous creation and the other indicating a sequential process. Actually, that isn't contextual contradiction. I hate to delve into religious issue here because, this is t the right thread for such things. But, four the sake of others reading this, let me answer this perceived contradiction. Yes, there were two accounts of man's creation. But each account only seek to explain the various stages that occurs in the creation of ONE man, not different men. In the first account, Genesis 1:27, God created Man in His own IMAGE... Now, who is God? God is a SPIRIT (John 4:24), meaning man was originally created in spirit form. But, God wants man to live on and dominate the Earth as the overlord. But, a spirit cannot live naturally on this Earth. Everything that should exist and thrive on this Earth must have earthly particles or characteristics. Such ih the natural law as ordained by God. So, in Genesis 2:7, God made man from the dust (earthly particles) and BREATHED upon man, and he became a living SOUL. The man created from the dust is the Body, the Breath God Breathed into that dust-man is the transfer of the SPIRIT into that body, and man became a living SOUL, meaning the ability to reason, think, and be active. This was how man became a tripartite being--body, soul, spirit. That is, you can, by the Spirit and soul, relate with God and connect to the supernatural 100% as man, and at the same time, also function and live here on Earth by the body fueled by the spirit and soul 100% as man. This is why man is the most unique of all the things that were created. No other thing or being has this ability. So, you can see, there is no contradiction here. That is why when man dies, the body goes back to the dust where it was made from, and the spirit (the real you) goes back to God who GAVE it. Ecclesiastes 12:7). Emphasis on the word "GAVE." Where else or how did God gave the spirit? Genesis 2:7-the BREATH--transferring the Spirit man in Genesis 1:27 into the lifeless dust-man (body) to become a living being. That's it, no contradictions here brother. Now, I'm done with this religious takes, back to Russia and Ukraine brouhaha. |
