Any death in this case is 'collateral damage's, a term invented by the west.The low number of civilian casualty in the current Russian bombing indicates that Russia is targeting mainly military installations and infatsructure which will reduce the ability of Ukraine to wage war. This is what NATO would have done since day one with a higher casualty rate. Even western media is surprised that civilian casualties are not higher.

You can't isolate the drones aspect of the embargo. The reason for the discussion (i.e. between Uprightheous and gambo) was the damage the drone were causing.

I am sure, if uprightheous had not mentioned drone, gambo would not have quoted the post.

As at now, the West are claiming that the embago of the UN 2231 doesn't expire until 2023 and are looking to impose further sanctions on Iran.
