You don’t love coup, but you enjoyed watching Mahmood Yakubu continued to collate fake election results even when asked not to continue in error by well meaning Nigerians.
You hate coup, but had orgasm when Mahmood Yakubu announced your candidate as the election winner at a wee hour of the morning when millions of Nigerians were still asleep, even though your candidate did not meet the election requirements to be declared a winner, like 25% in the FCT.
Now you see, you don’t really hate coup in the real sense of it, you simply hate to see those in uniform carry out one, but love when your candidate is the beneficiary of a coup like the one that was carried out on Feb 25 this year.
Bobloco: Shehu Sani, a former Senator has described as a big disappointment the ministerial list of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The human rights activist during an ARISE TV interview, criticised the inclusion of the former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el-Rufai, in the ministerial list recently released to the Senate.
President Tinubu, on Thursday, sent 28 ministerial nominees to the Senate through Femi Gbajabiamila, his Chief of Staff and former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio read the names of ministerial nominees, including those of four former governors, on the floor of the Senate.
But Senator Shehu Sani while reacting to the inclusion of El-Rufai, opined that Tinubu did not consider competence in the list, saying that el-Rufai was a “tragedy.”
According to Shehu Sani, “With the nominations which I have seen, the one representing Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, is a tragedy.”
Sani wondered why such a man is given an opportunity to serve the country with all that he has done and has said in office in the past.
He claimed that if President Tinubu means well, this is not the best time to please and appease former governors but a time to appease Nigerians and bring in competent hands to deliver.
Expressing disappointment with the list, Senator Sani said in the last eight years, Nigerians suffered in the hands of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and that the president should know this is the best time to prove his competence and capacity to lead Nigeria to greater hieghts.

BoldBrainz: This argument is a no-brainer guy. What is the essence of splitting the ministry of works and housing into two? What is so complicated about handling construction and maintenance of roads and railways that the same minister cannot be made to take up the responsibility of federal housing schemes?
If one man can handle the affairs of administering governance as the President of Nigeria, why do you need two men to handle what should essentially be one ministry? If you appoint ministers based on competence, efficiency and merit, you won't need to worry about service delivery.
We both know this is just a way to create more room to accommodate all the cronies of the President in the governmental circles. This has nothing to do with any stupid efficiency.
It will be same number of ministers, just dat dis time. Dia will be no Min of States. Also since we have tried the merging of some ministries into one, but yielded no positive way. Is time to unbundle them for maximum performance.

Popular Musician, Kelly Handsome has declared that the Governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodinma does not deserve a second term.
Handsome, in a recent post on his social media page, claimed that he was invited to a political meeting with APC chieftains in the United States by the candidate of the Labour Party, Chief Athan Achonu, to brainstorm on strategies to help ⁸Uzodinma win the upcoming November 11th Elections in Imo.
According to him, Trouble reportedly broke out when he vehemently opposed working for the Governor due to the heightened Insecurity in the state.
In his words: "I don’t like rubbish. Senator Atan invited me to join the APC forum that was set up to canvass for another 4 years of failure to do the needful. The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has said the state government cannot intervene in fixing the Benin-Auchi and Benin-Sapele Roads because the Federal Government has already awarded contracts for the repair of the roads.
Obaseki disclosed this to journalists after the monthly Security Council meeting held in Government House, Benin City, the state capital.
The governor said that much as Edo State is a transportation hub, it is concerning that the major Federal Road network in the state, which connects several parts of the Country are in bad condition.
He noted that his administration has done everything in its power to appeal to the Federal Government to look into the repairs of the wide span of damaged Federal Roads in Edo State.
Obaseki added that his administration has drawn the attention of the Federal Government to the failed portions of Benin-Auchi Roads, Benin-Sapele Road and the Benin-Lagos Road, particularly the Ovia River Bridge but nothing has been done yet.
According to him, "Look at the incident that happened in Ovia River Bridge three weeks ago, in which we lost several lives following multiple accidents. Nothing has been done till now. This shows they don't care about us in the State.
"The issue on the Benin-Lagos Road, particularly the Ovia River Crossing is becoming catastrophic. We have lost a lot of lives and done everything to get the Federal Government and the Federal Ministry of Works to work with us and put in place a palliative measure to stop the carnage on that road."
On Sapele Road, he said: "I was on Sapele Road recently. After the heavy downpour, the road was impassable. What is going on in Benin-Sapele road is a scandalous. I don't think that any region where the oil resources that sustain the Country come from should be this neglected. We have done everything possible. We don't know what to do again to draw the attention of the federal government to these roads."
He continued: "The Auchi-Ibillo Road was so bad that some of our contractors couldn't go to their quarry site. We appealed to the Federal Government to do palliative work on that road but they refused, saying the road is under contract. If I want to do the same to Benin-Sapele Road, I am not allowed to do so. They claim the road has been given out to a contractor.
Last year, the Benin-Auchi Road was locked for about two weeks as food, animals, petroleum products could not reach their destination. We don't want such situations this year so they should help us. We are not here to criticize them but to appeal for help."
The governor noted that the federal government’s policy relating to these roads is very confusing, noting that in the past, states could rehabilitate Federal roads and give the Federal Government the bills, but that is no longer obtainable.
"At a point they said we can apply and take over the repair of federal roads but I am yet to see a state they have given Federal roads to fix," he noted.

FSU: The Judges should be asking the question of where Tinubu got his votes from to be declared winner by INEC. It is only in NAIJA that someone who won election in the greatest number of states (12+ FCT) would come third. INEC's abracadabra no get mate. Keep in mind that the person who was declared to have won the highest votes did not do so in Lagos, Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, and Rivers (ignoring the massive rigging by the governor). These five states are those with historical high voter turnout, although BVAS has now proved that history was based on manual overvoting. Newton2024: If there's a runoff, it will be between two candidates. When two people are running, it's impossible for the person with simple majority not to be able to gather at least 25% in Abuja because votes will be less splitted.
I know the case of runoff. What we have been hearing all dis while is that of rerun. Wch means all candidates will participate, not just the top 2.

Now lets Put it this way with a different assumption that you will understand using A and B.
(A) Let's assume FCT was just set aside in this election and the 36 states was shared to 3 different candidates meaning each candidate will have 12 states to themselves which is a Tag right?
Then the Federal territory capital (FCT) which is not a state will be brought in so as to get a winner between the 3 candidates.
(B) Candidate (a) secured 13 states, candidate (b) secured 12states and candidate (c) secured 11 states totalling 36 states and the rules of the game is that for a candidate to be declared a winner he MUST have 25% in 24 states out of 36 states including (AND) the FCT to be declared winner.
Now do a little work. Go back to the election and find out each candidate that got 25% in 24 states out of 36 states including (AND) FCT and tell me who won.
Ur answer is not straightforward. Explain in layman terms. From dis election. Only BAT passed dat 25% threshold. My earlier question is again. If dis election is canceled because BAT didn't get 25% in FCT. Wat will happen if a rerun is done and maybe Atiku is in dat position tomorrow without the 25% in FCT. Validated: Obi won in 16 states and got 25% in 25 states and FCT. INEC deducted Obi's votes to announce Tinubu in the following states: Lagos, Plateau, Imo, Benue, Rivers, Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Delta, Ogun, Ekiti, Kogi, Adamawa and Taraba. When all of the surpressed votes are tallied correctly, Tinubu will come out 3rd After Atiku.

Obi's votes were drastically reduced by INEC and was added to Tinubu. obi proved this in court and he also submitted 18,000 pu results sheet as evidence. Oga Tinubu did not win up to 6 states in the last election. Of course FTC being a determinant factor here also goes to Obi.
