I get what you mean but there's this belief that all strikers need to be selfish which I disagree with. There's nothing wrong in aiming for personal glory but when that becomes a main priority, placed over teamwork and team growth,then that becomes a problem. Firmino is a striker I'm so much in love with because of his selflessness and dedication to team work and I hope to see more strikers like that play at the top level.

And at the end Salah and Mane will continue to win individual awards and their market values skyrocks to high heaven why the unselfish firmino console himself of not been a selfish player. See, sometimes in life you need to be selfish to your neighbor for you to prosper more than your neighbor because life and everything theirin has become a competition.
