In general Muslim women don't take their husband's Name but lately some do The Prophet 's wives didn't take his actual last Name It is ridiculous for instance when women get divorced they have to change their Names and when married they have to change it again so they rather just keep their last name as it is |
@PC Guru Interesting ![]() |

Kids in many countries get to know several languages at an early age is not for genetic advantage but rather have been exposed to those languages while young myself as an exemple am fluent in French English Portuguese Spanish and Arabic I also speak Fulani Yoruba and Wolof ( spoken in Senegal Gambia and Mauritania) I think parents can help their kids learn languages by keeping most the exercice fun and challenging |
The Saudi wahabi regime is the most autocratic in The Muslim world and all Terrorism and trouble around the world are motivated by their scholars rigid interpretation of Quran and Hadith the US would be reluctant to ask or support any reform in Saudi Arabia for some obvious reasons |
Is this a trend among Nigerian women ? one of my friend suffered same ordeal on the hand of an other Nigerian(Hausa) this lady is so wicked and ungrateful I don't mind paying his ticket if Tpiah would take him I know she is single and looking ![]() |
@MZ Thanks that was a nice Kuduro video I agree with you Francophone people know how to party No Party like the ones of Brazza Douala and Abidjan only Jamaicans and few others Caribbean can keep up with them when it's come to hardcore Partying hey I m glad you know about the Ivoirian singer Teeyah her music genre is mix between coupe decale and Zouk (Caribbean music originated in Martinique Guadeloupe and St Lucia ) but very Popular in the Francophone African countries |
OP I think Senegal would be your best bet investors are welcome and given great fiscal advantages you can invest in one of the two majors oppurtunities Agriculture or Tourism Senegal also known by it's political stability and your francophone wife might feel at ease in similar culture most Senegalese are Muslims friendly and tolerant St Louis in the North and Sally in the Center are majors Touristic Hub good for investment in food drink and entertainment |
Steamed Ginger salmon & tofu |
When you spoke about salaat I spoke about religion because there is big correlation between prayer and every religion especially Islam as you know salaat is the second pillar of Muslim faith and all Muslims know that Quran ordered them to do five contact prayers (salaat) every day in Arabic called 'fard' or obligatory on top of these you have others called 'Nafela' or voluntary which only done for extra credit or 'ajr' As for religion I believe some concepts and principles in most religion are exactly same but as non religious you have an innate ability in you to know what is right and wrong and you don't need the religion would you have to believe in Christianity to know that killing someone is wrong ? Would you have to believe in Islam to know stealing is wrong ? in my view religion today is an instrument of hate intolerance domination and intimadition just as colonization in the past century I don't like the attitude I am better than you or my way is the only way for salvation like every religion claims ![]() |
In Reading the Hadith one is impressed by the Prophet 's ability to discuss all issues including those dealing with human sexuality the topics range from question about mensuration sexual positions like entry from behind known( doggy style) orgasm etc Obviously the Prophet wasn't embarassed by such inquiries but strove to inform and educate Muslims who asked |
@OP In Islam males are not required to have a wali(guardian) unlike women I will attend the venue only if I can meet a progressive Open minded Muslim lady |
@ deols Generally a Muslim is defined by faith in Islam however in nowdays there are religiously unobservant agnostics or atheists individuals who still identify with the Muslim culture due to family background and the social and cultural environment in which they grow up so to differentiate them from the rest that why I used ''agnostic muslims'' |
First Muslim women need to stop being pretentious and living a double life if they are serious about marriage most really need to step up their games |
I will get back with you soon hang on |
OK I meant by ''we" Agnostic muslims but I hope they become more inclusive so Tpiah can attend too and maybe find her muslim boy despite being a devout xtian ![]() |
@OP the venue is completly Islamic ? It would be better if you guys were more open so we all can try our chances and do you guys plan to have an after party ? |
I wouldn't allow any imam priest rabbi shama or employee talk religion on work place Yes I will fire him/her |
@Mzdskin no problem you right we African Francophone have the best music Today at almost every African party it is a must for Djs to have soukouss and coupe decale play list Speaking of Angola today they have an emerging genre of music called Kuduro close to Funana from cape verde which is simular to Jamaican ''daggering''in Pum Pum and fresh Fridays in which the songs of Vegas and Busy Signal are widely played |
I wish Mohamed Abasha good he is one of my uncle good friend I stayed at his house few days in Saudi Arabia in 2005 while he was in exile |
I drove ten hours to surprise her in front of her door at 6 am with coffee croissants and flowers I felt so proud of myself that day |
@ Mz Darkskin Mapouka is a traditional ivoirian dance from the south east it is also known as '' la dance du fessier'' which means '' dance of the behind'' while Makoussa is popular dance in Cameroon similar to Soukouss in DR of Congo |
