Are you doing your service like pay on delivery or prepaid? What of custom due/clearance payment? Is it incorporated into examples of prices you listed or buyer must face the music if such comes up on arrival of goods/products?

You are right, except that I prefer receiving my items quickly rather than waiting for some weeks of land and sea shipping and Lagos office frustration to pick up.

I use myus.com, myamericanshipper.com and others when receiving from eBay or amazon. Those can then send down to Nigeria in 3 days.

This sounds new but the only verification I know with Payza is when you add your card or bank account to your Payza account and you will be required to confirm the deduction details made to your card.

For funding of Payza, you simply do that either by transferring money from your bank account to Payza or instantly from your Naira card. But note that only visa card is accepted on Payza for now unlike the days of AlertPay.

I am not sure you can add Nigerian card but since Nigeria is now accepted to use PayPal account, then it should be possible to add a Nigerian card to your US PayPal as you said. After all, I added only a UK MasterCard to my Nigerian PayPal. Nonetheless, I think you can still buy and pay for things on eBay using your Nigerian PayPal. So that will make it the same as trying to add Nigerian card to US PayPal for the same eBay purpose. The only limitation of the former is inability to get such item shipped to your Nigerian address but you may still add additional US address to both your eBay and PayPal addresses.

If your computer processor is a 64 bit core processor and you have 32 bit Windows 7 installed, then you can buy Windows 8 64 bit operating system to install but if your hardware comes as 32 bit, you cannot convert it by installing 64 bit OS software. It is an hardware issue and not software. So you either change the processor to 64 bit or install 32 bit version of the Windows 8 you now desire.

For about two weeks, I have been trying to receive money from Senegal through Western Union and I was asked to pay 165 dollars for transaction fee which is abt 33k in Naira. Do I have to pay?

Do you mean you were asked to pay $165 at the bank when you wanted to collect the sent fund or the sender is asking you to pay upfront? Well, a bank charge of $165 shows that the money you are collecting by WU is massive because the last time I checked on WU website, even a $10,000 transfer is just charged at about $50. On the other hand, if it's the sender that asked you to pay upfront, I want to assume you are old enough in Nigeria to know that is a regular scammer's approach to victims.

Find our if the beneficiary will accept Western Union or money gram and use that from bank. Also bank wire transfer from Dom account will do if you can deposit the dollar. Indian PayPal account cannot receive just like Nigerian PayPal.

No, I am not talking of account in a fake name or providing forged document to resolve the limitation. I am asking how else (possibly) would you pull out an account (assuming genuine and correct names) from limitation without having to submit the PayPal required documents and as well wait for their outcome? When you say you can pull out an account from limitation, I am wondering whether you mean you can do that outside the normal PayPal resolution process, which is still at PayPal's discretion. Or do you have other means apart from usual so I can give you some accounts to handle the limitation/restriction? Can you handle that for both personal and business PayPal accounts?

The other ways you are trying to say are to issue refund or send mail to all their top e-mails telling them to release your fund else you will sue them. Those methods don't work often because PayPal might even remove refund button from all the payments leaving you at their mercy of refunding it if they like or not while their top officials might still decide holding the fund for 180 days no matter what you say or tell them.

You are right but you don't have to sue the sender but agree with him/her to resend or repay you by another method after you refund him the PayPal fund(s).

You are not really clear with that explanation. Can you pull out an account out of limitation but rather submit all documents that PayPal requested at resolution centre while waiting for their mercy outcome, which could be in your favour or otherwise. Even if you want to fabricate documents to use for Paypal resolution of the account, you will still wait for PayPal decision to get the limitation lifted. For adding his MasterCard means he has not added card to the account before, right?

I will mention later (when the op is through with his method) the method I consider as simple and not requiring waiting for 180 days to get your PayPal stuck fund out. It does not require adding card or answering PayPal limitation and resolution centre at all.
