Yes, there is a MasterCard issued by PayPal but usually for US PayPal accounts and you need social security number to activate it after application and collection. I have one that is yet to be activated because of such restriction.

MasterCard and Visa cards from Nigerian banks are accepted by PayPal but that is for Nigerian PayPal accounts.

Exactly my worry. If we are sharing 50%, why asking for money ahead in the name of consultancy? Is it because the business is not sure and may fail or you are no more a stakeholder in the 50% deal?

Is that to say all comments here so far have been from victims of Payoneer hack or you will share with us the specific instance of your hacking by Indians (provided they were not done by Nigerians using Indian IP proxies)? It's terrible to say the least if such case is becoming rampant. My hacking experience is rather with Payza (AlertPay) currently and each time I complain, Payza will just delay for some time and then respond to say their check shows it was done by me with no proof to show you to back up their claim. If I querry why my bank withdrawal was cancelled without notifying me and then followed by transfer of my account balance to someone's Payza account, as I demanded who they transferred it to, they would just say they cannot disclose the person by virtue of privacy policy.

It's been horrible with Payza as I queried their security and customer protection. They refused to show me proof of claim that I was the doer myself and neither will they show details of who received the money. I said okay, can't they do security check like PayPal to at least question the recipient on what the fund transferred to his/her account is for and that the owner denies knowledge or authorization of such transfer? Payza refused and maintained that if others have access to my details and carry out transactions, then that's me because their check showed it was done from my environment. Where is that proof of check, at least IP address record? Payza refused with their zero customer service relation. That's how my about €365 Euros disappeared this past May. I suspect they are the scammers doing it, hence their unquestionable and unprovable verdict.

No! The PayPal exchange that I opened the thread for is strictly for our Merchants. It has nothing to do with the customers of the merchants. It's for those merchants who have PayPal funds and want to cash it out through our system.

So if you have $20,000 in your PayPal for instance right now, you open open merchant account and deposit $10,000 and then cash it out. Easy and quick. Yor customer is not involved.

Your explanation gets clearer each time. So how will a customer pay me by PayPal if I don't have PayPal account going by your quote below? Is he directly paying from his PayPal account to your PayPal account all on my behalf since my LHPay account is the recipient of that transaction? Right?

I think that's because MasterCard cards are generally not allowed to receive by your broker. May be you should try Visa card or another broker that accepts withdrawal into MasterCard as it may not be peculiar to Payoneer.

Regarding the account balance, it's a single Account Balance but the system can actually tell the difference between funding and customer payments. Customer payments are initiated by the customers from the Merchant Website while fund deposits are initiated by the Merchants From the LHPAY Merchant Area. That's the difference. So the system can tell how many times you have deposited in a day.

Also your customers cannot send funds to you. Your customers can and must only make payments from your site. Just like paying Facebook for ads. The customer clicks a link on your site and he is taken to our payment page and then he can choose how he wants to pay you. Either his Credit Card(Mastercard and Visa) or PayPal account. Perfect money coming soon.

And regarding the forms, well, I would suggest your idea to the management.
