I just checked the PayPal dispute raised now and here is the fake info the thief gave to PayPal as his reason for requesting chargeback.:

Guys, the fraudster has forgotten that PayPal can check my website, cashlander dot com, with their transaction ID number, to see how he placed the order. Whereas he is claiming here that he bought clothes on Facebook. May be he thought we are all fools.

I couldn't believe it as I resumed the PayPal services on my site, cashlander, instead of the past personal PayPal account transfers that led to fund reversals in April. Another nairalander who used a lady name, Mary Ajayi, with USA PayPal account Linda Dyer, ldyer58884@AOL.com just collected my naira few days ago for the $518 he sent, only to submit chargeback to PayPal yesterday. Can you see how fraudulent and dubious Nigerians can be? The former guy who claimed his sister was robbed in the US on her way to send moneypak to him for my payback of PayPal reversals is still nowhere to be found. May God help us!

Sure you can. Even the poster can receive the UK money directly into his savings account if his uncle wires it. No need to go and open Dom account. I thought CBN has started their policy of remittance of foreign funds into naira account because they claimed we don't spend dollar or pounds in Nigeria. If the guy receive it in pounds anyway, he will still have to change it to naira at bdc or aboki mallam in order to spend. I even expect a UK uncle to know how he has been sending huge amount to Nigeria before instead of the op seeking suggestion here outside the banking hall, except this is one of those strange online uncles terrorizing the financial world. oladayo042: Hi boss, I think you should rename your Paypal services on your website to avoid ambiguity. The 'Me' in 'Sell2Me' and 'Buy4Me' may refer to you or me, depending on the reader. This will cause a lot of confusions. Until you posted this comment, I have thought 'Buy4Me' means buying Paypal funds from you. Something along these lines: "I need Paypal funds. Let me contact Arbitrage to 'buy [it] for me'." I noticed in my International Economics class that the role of being a buyer or a seller can be easily mismatched, if the commodity being traded is money. Consider this example: I can call my BDC agent to 'buy [$10000] for me' or 'sell [$10000] to me' and both still means the same thing.

Also, the Paypal pages for 'Buy4Me' and 'Sell2Me' are the same. Both pages are asking me to pay the amount I have specified with my Paypal account. I believe this is not supposed to be so.

For the same pages, I expect buyer on the Sell2Me page to use the stated naira rate of N195 in determining how much dollar he will pay until I include a straightforward naira payment processor like Simplepay4u on that page. That means paying $100 on that page, for instance, will only get you $83 PayPal fund at N195 stated rate. Thank you.

No sir, not possible because UBA Africard does not have regular bank account number, which is required for normal transfer through Quickteller. Even other banks cannot transfer to it. I usually load/fund it via UBA U-direct online banking.

Every registered user of Neteller can request for their MasterCard. I do not think you were refused Payoneer card because of past request in 2008. I had one through odesk.com that I didn't use till it expired and yet I was given the one I requested after from Payoneer directly. I thought you once said you didn't have the acceptable ID card when I asked if you are an adult. I was thinking you were refused based on age or lack of ID like passport or driver's licence. I will suggest you request again, if you have their requirements, and choose the DHL option of shipment that legalwealth has always recommended. If not forthcoming, write specifically to Payoneer customer support.

Neteller is good. The requirements are similar to Skrill or PayPal. Give it a try. Someone said before the crash that he was able to operate it with naira card. I have the physical Neteller MasterCard with my account.
