legalwealth: Congrats and I knew from onset that you will the case from the analysis you gave.Thanx! I appreciate your support. |
dav8id: Congrantes my oga but aalways be tacticle sir whenever u are doing business with people. Thanks a lot for your advice and encouragement. |
legalwealth: That is as well my piece of advice for him.PayPal has finally decided the case in my favour and restored my balance from negative value. I could see that after giving the transaction details that the scammer placed on my site, PayPal requested for his counter info but he did not have any till they decided on the evidence of site order. |
Intellab: I sent you a mailI am sure I must have responded to your mail. |
Sibrah: Theoretically, it is possible. Popular IPSec Protocol goes with compression option which is capable of reducing your communication payload but that's if your VPN starts and ends outside your ISP reach. A site to site VPN is a good example of such case. If you are using remote & public VPN servers you have to reach out to through your ISP before they NAT & encrypt ur traffic the only then ISP can decide whether they want to compress your traffic and thereby increase their own bandwidth but not yours. Thanks for your input too. |

My guess is that the current N162/163 market rate will be what CBN gives to all whereas the GTB, as a BDC licensee, sells to its customers (through card usage) N165.8 rate. As touching the block out of amount expended on your card till merchant claims the money, I don't think the amount (therefore the rate) that bank holds out of your balance changes till the day merchant claims the fund. Meaning that the rate of the date of purchase is still being used and not the day of claim. |

From experience, I have discovered, since Nov/Dec 2013 that I started using Quickteller actively, that when its transaction fails or is reported as unsuccessful, the money has never once been with Quickteller. They are just acting as transfer platform and not a wallet for storage in the transaction. So few times when I had this kind of op experience, I will still contact them (consumersupport@interswitchng.com or one view@interswitchng.com) and my originating bank. They also assist to follow up but the failed funds that were deducted have always been with the originating bank. So the bank later rectified and credited my account back. |
Note that because your scam email says it is from Russia does not mean it's not from Nigeria. Even if the IP header says so, the Nigerian scammer may be using VPN or any anonymous proxy. Having a US PayPal account does not mean Nigerian scammer will not target you or will target only Nigerian PayPal account. After all, it may be arguably true that there are more Nigerian scammers residing or operating from abroad than those doing it from Nigeria. So, targeting scam at your US PayPal account does not mean the scammer is a non-Nigerian. Nigerian scammer will even preferably scam the foreign target/victim than within because they are always dreaming big of dollar victims and also many Nigerians are getting used to their tactics within or few people comparably are transacting online. I once saw a guy (guessed in his late thirties) at a Lagos cyber cafe early in the morning doing nothing but scam on the system. He composed the usual scam mail we get in Yahoo. Then he opened another site where he searched for various USA contacts' addresses. I saw him searching persons in Texas area. All he kept doing was copying and pasting each email contact from that Texas area and sent them the scam Yahoo mail he composed. He was clicking back and repeated same scam pattern over and over again. I just imagined that from an able bodied man around 9 am on Monday morning as I stood there to fax documents. Note that email harvesters (software/scripts) could also be used to harvest email addresses on a domain like hot mail.com or yahoo.com or gmail.com and get them spammed. So it is not until you used your PayPal account on a particular site or place before they can target you with their scam as someone thought earlier. So let's not be stubborn in ignorance as per what extent scammers can go home and abroad. |
eves4love: please arbitrage how can i withdraw from iwriter through youI replied your email yesterday. Hope you received it. |
nastydamus: I visited your website but didn't find any phone number.I am not sure I replied you on this. Sorry about the delay. Only my BBM PIn, email contact and Whatsapp available from my signature. Only Access dom can receive instantly. Your GTB dom will take 2 working days plus transfer charges. Oh sorry this reply above is an error meant for dollar, pounds and euro purchases. If you are talking of PayPal exchange, you can get your Naira in your GTB account within minutes if I am online. |
Access Bank customers and non-account holders can now transfer funds in Naira, Cedis or Dollars between Nigeria and Ghana. They called it Transfers Without Boundaries. See the attachment below.

Thanks a million for your response. I am honestly pleased. |
Can a Virtual Private Service (VPS) provider increase your internet connection service speed through their Virtual Private Network (VPN) server that you are connected through for anonymous browsing? I asked this question because ordinarily, VPN service is meant for you to connect to online resources and websites that will not allow your primary country IP to connect. For example, to use US PayPal account or enjoy some Netflix video services and such like from Nigerian internet connection (e.g. Swift Networks or Airtel), you must "hide" your Nigerian IP to be able to connect to such USA-targeted website. But when you now visit the VPN networks' sites to use their free or pay for foreign IP address VPN service (like openVPN, anonymox, HideMyAss, etc), they often advertise various high speed connectivity in several Mbps as you can see 16 Mbps in my attachment below. Is that true that they can really increase my speed if I subscribe to their service, knowing that they are not my original and primary ISP but our regularly sluggish MTN, Airtel or Swift? If my Nigerian ISP connection is just 56 kbps, can a VPN server connection give me their advertised speed when my real IP connection is natively slow? Share your idea please. I often hear people talk of other VPN tunnelling tools like myfreedom as being fast. Is it the tunnelling connection that makes it faster or my Nigerian ISP must be fast in itself to get a reasonable speed from VPN proxy connection?

lawyer: mail me fast, lolHow fast and how much price? |
presegsADESIDA: It is normal thing for them to do as they will hold the money till they decide on the winner when in PayPal court.I told the guy to send the payback to my PayPal acoount or to send me naira if not possible by PayPal. After all it was naira I paid him for the $400. The name outside bracket is what he has on his email communication while the name in brackets should be his real name as that is what his bank account showed. But he used a female name for the PayPal biz, Letitia Denise Teacher, tletitiadenise@gmail.com or yahoo.com |
presegsADESIDA: Never mind!Just counter him with that in the resolution center...I have escalated it to PayPal as claim instead of settling with the rogue as PayPal initially suggested. My balance is already wit held to negative because of the dispute till PayPal finishes investigation. Meanwhile, the other guy, Olamide Olakanmi (Musa Olasunkanmi Nurudeen) is nowhere to be found yet on my previous PayPal reversal of $400 till now. |
2sExy1: I was able to set it up arbitrage. it was easy!Good to hear you got it settled. |
