No emotions when playing the stock market game. Long term investors, like myself, can pick their portfolio and go to sleep, not minding where the tide turns. The uninformed investors tweek their investment daily in a bid to beat the market; this is extremely hard to do, so sail with the tide.

Amen. If one is in good stocks nothing to worry about. Am holding for long too. I have a target if am not from each home then rich home must come from me. For now am done with naira stock. No stock in naija can do 50% rise in a day. I thank God for this foreign stock.

It depends on how and where you want to do the transfer. I think from the Banking Hall it is limitles. However, from the Mobile apps it is dependent on the limit you set. Most apps have 500k and 1m as their default maximum limit. You can increase it from there to 5M or 10M Maximum on request. Then if it is through some can allow 150k, others 200k and 250 Max depending on the bank.

I have a 10m per day limit on my GT app.

When companies started having virtual AGMs these companies still claim to have spent tens to hundreds of Millions of Naira as AGM expenses.


I beg let the retailest of the retail investors get their own share of the cake.


The last time I attended AGM was in 2018. I remember at an AGM held at Eko Hotel, when I wanted to check in i was informed that someone had checked in using my name. I was finally allowed in when I wanted to escalate the anomaly

Bamboo is already registered with SEC just like Chaka and operate in different countries too...IF HIS CAPITAL IS SMALL, HE SHOULD stick with bamboo, at least they wont consistently charge him $1 monthly maintenance fee like Chaka and trove, dis is despite taking a percentage fee from every sell or buy action...Trove is even worse, they charge $0.50 for every single trade plus $1 maintenance fee...it's like u most trade morethan three times monthly to avoid dat charge, very annoying

My first US stock is NAT I bought it on bamboo,
There is NAT, DHC, GWH and Gotu on bamboo. GOTU na mad stock during covid it hit 105$ so unfortunate I heard about US stocks investment not long. If I use the same years I use on NSE on NYSE by now I should have gone far then diversified into real estate big time. Just ensure u are patient to buy the deep.

FTN closed last week at 1.90. It thus have 50-50 chance to continue to rise or to fall. If you have waited this long, I don't think waiting for more time is out of context. Few weeks ago, a member asked similar question about a stock, I guess Transcorp, and my advise was almost similar.

When you were able to recoup your capital, you can then decide the next line of action.

Let me use mine to answer your question,I presently have dunlop and unhomes which I bought at #5 and #9 then in 2008.Today I have asked my broker to delete it from the system so I don't see them any more but they refused.

If I were you,I will sell them off now and use the money to buy food for the family consumption.

If I am able to sell mine today,I will use the money to cook rice for my church people to eat or store food in the house.

I bought chams too at N2 but Don't know the unit now I fit think say na 10k units make it turn to 50k. I will confirm the chams later.your thought on FTN oo

UPDATED TARGET TECHNICAL ANALYSIS- ANALYSING CHARTS AT REQUEST
TLRY: In downtrend. at all timeframe. Marijuana industry is very risky at this moment. Govt seems too busy with economic matters for now to remember this industry.
NAT: Looks good in the short/intermediate timeframe. Industry not bad and tanker business is improving at the moment. 1st resistance is 4.01
DHC: Stock retracing from a recent high. Look for support at 1.97
DSX: Stock about to recover from recent downtrend. Sitting on strong support in the monthly timeframe. I like the current chart pattern, as stock is in buy zone as at 21 JUNE 2023.
