Let's protect our own. we are used to them, their matter is like weather sometime they will rush come and when we hit them they rushed back to rest then later come again. We should just calm |

AlmondRPG47: Ooin, you're doing well!
You started your epistle well, but still ended up agreeing with my position! Is a smart investor not a smart businessman?
Sometimes, you've got to read between the lines...you lost about 10million in businesses that others are thriving in, twice? No doubt, you're definitely a bad manager! I'm a business owner, successfully running my very first business and I'm expanding... I don't follow the crowd, I look at people around, understand their needs and give it to them for profits! I also take advantage of market conditions...to my gain.
And, owning a business doesn't stop me from investing in existing businesses...because to me, investing means I'm owning part of the exisiting business and that makes me part employer as well!
Do you follow? Don't just be a smart investor, be a smart businessman! oga follow what pays you, as i loose the money i complain to you? Just manage your business VERY WELL i may buy it over later if it falls within what i want. You can be pursuing business up and down as for me, i rather choose money to work for me and buy off your business later. Mind you, am a brutal capitalist so build your business am behind you. |

AlmondRPG47: It's not greed, rather it's being smart.
Lenders understand that the average Nigerian is 'battered' and 'left to die' by the same government he pay tax to. So he'll basically do anything (including paying an outrageously high interest on loan), in order to free himself.
Thank God there's MBA, a hopeless lazy Nigerian can now dream of taking a loan at 40% interest PA and make over 200% ROI in 12 months, doing absolutely nothing! At the end, he pays back the loan+interest from monthly ROIs, and still have over 100% left...at this point he gets even more lazy and start living like those degraded 'big boys' in Lagos!
Don't be a lazy Nigerian! Be a smart Nigerian, start a business with your ROIs and be an employer! oga, i will totally disagree with you on this, i have ran a business where i employed people and the business was grounded with about 3m gone, i later went into finance with a biz partner even wt all the legal back up about 7m gone, the highest we can do is to lock him up at kirikiri max prison and does that bring the money?i will rather be a portfolio investors and allow my money to work for me and when it is time choosen by God, i will acquire a controlling stake of a company of my intrest and control the affairs. Tell me the companies owned by Tony Elumelu and Jim ovia apart from the ones they have controlling shares? The truth is we will not all be like Dangote though he is my mentor and love his dogedness and tenancity and i dreams to be like him but all the same destiny differs. So, dont call anybody lazy the fact that they put their brain to work and think on how they can get money to invest alone is work while not thinking how to defraud other to make it. Not everybody will esblished company u can still get controlling intrest of a well established company which to me is even the best. Otedola bought AP controlling stake for less than 3billion turned it to FO and after milking it he sold it back to another investor for N64billion. Guy be a smart investor! |

Nansense and ingredients How can someone be paid twice and such person will keep quite?I was paid twice and i returned the money fast, if one knows the law of gathering long lasting wealth he will not take another man sweat and if one follows it lawfully, it will always lead to multiple increase. |

narit: Lol.....I love you man, you never stop speaking of shares. It seems you dream of investing all the time. Only When your Asset is far greater than your liabilities can you truly achieve financial independence, your income do not account. The money you earn should be directed into your asset column.
Do you know Bill gates earn only $500k a year as Microsoft CEO, one of the lowly paid CEO in America but his Asset base is in billions of dollars, So his warren buffet. The rich focus on accumulating asset, while the poor and middle-class focus on raising their income from a Job and purchasing liabilities with the income.
The rich loves to be measured in net worth and not income. Your net worth is all your total asset minus total Liabilities. And please your Car do not count as an asset....Lol yes ooo car takes money from my pocket and does not bring in money so its a liability, the goal is to allow my investment take care of my liability. How can someone take a loan of 4m to buy a car when he can invest the money then the return from investment can buy the liability called car and the capital will still be there. |

AlmondRPG47: Well, you're entitled to your opinion!
What you see as greed, others see as necessary risks! Our financial intelligence varies...
People like you might see a glass as half empty...people like me on the other hand, see it as half full! You are right, it depends on each individual perspective. I could remeber then Jim ovia of zenith banks was buying zenith bank shares even when he left up to 3billion units plus including the indirect holdings and today Jim earns dividend of close to 13billion naira yearly can u call that greed? Just last week Tony Elumelu bought more of uba shares about 65m units he also earns about 8billion yrly in dividend can u call that greed?Even some people working in bank does not have one single unit of share and they are sweating it out from morning till night everyday on top 300k. In think and grow rich book the guy was saying you should sit down and quantify the amount of money you want to have then develop strategies on how to achieve them, if compounding will help u achieve it then stick to it. If company pays me 1m yearly as salary and i target an investment that will be giving such money every year even while sleeping and when am no more my posterity will still continue to get returns from such investment, if compounding will make me achieve that i willl this has nothing to do with greed. |

Kpabi: My date was 21st... 6th ROI Alert drop this afternoon 22nd.......2M Gang.. Thank God for MBA.. If I had listened to what people were saying then I would have missed out of this great opportunity.. I have not touched my salary from February to June. I discipline myself to run my family strictly from the proceeds from MBA May Almighty continuously bless the leadership of MBA.. Bad belle please stay clear of this thread abeg. Rolling over tomorrow morning... God win as always... Tips: if you are a salary earner like most of us you must build an investment that will pay up to or more than what the company currently pays you per annul so when the job stops you can continue to enjoy you life and maintain your life style and pay your bills with ease including children school fee.s. But failure to take the needed investment risk timely will always lead to regret in life, imagine if the employer does not need the service again then the person without any investment will be thinking how to cope with bills and the challenges that will follow there after stroke comes in and the person dies off putting the family lives in jeopardy. |

ShoeShineGuy: I am no economist, that might explain why I keep wondering endlessly the reason our Naira keep crashing against all the major currencies. I mean, 'COVIK' is everywhere, even worse in some of these countries with the so-called major currencies. They have higher death and unemployment rates as well. There were once lockdowns everywhere including Nigeria.. So why the continuous slide of the Naira? Na only God fit help this country, right now, e be like say e don abandon us. Our main source of revenue is crude oil which has been badly battered as a result of covid19 and has led to low income in revenue, our fx reserve is nothing to write home about about 36billion dollars at present. Govt must discourage import in any way they could through devaluation to save dwindling fx reserve, Saudi whose main source of income has over 500billion dollars in reserve so you can see the reason why our money is very weak. Recently govt also ban fx issuance on maize importation |

locodemy: I must commend you for determining a closing price of a stock.
If you go through the closing price history of fcmb and caverton,Loco's name is uncountable times in both buy/sell.
You placed an order of a stock that Worth's 500k for sale @ 1.89 as you said, the stock that is supposed to close at 1.90 later closed at 1.89 being your trades aby?
And you have taking over 3 pages to celebrate your victory as a price changer aby?
My little question now is if you want to buy a stock and the stock is offered at 1.90 and another person offers at 1.89,which of them will you buy?
Again why didn't you place the stock for sale at 1.90 so you can be a price changer?
Thank you for taking your time to reply these two simple questions.God bless Has nothing to reply |
