There may be delay in payment for all the people who did there rollover and fresh investment from 10th of August 2020, this is because of the new system MBA started on the 10 of August. So pls if you do not receive after the normal two days delay, know that this is your case so long as you did your investment or rollover with the new for .
Now there is no need for panic , everything is under control , they will jst get use to the new system and every thing will be perfect , the delay will only be for the first month , the subsequent ones will come normal, so what you have to do is to lay your complain at the complain department and they will send your name to compliance for Audit and then schedule you for payment .
The requirements for the complaint is your full name and phone number. Your name exactly the way you wrote it in the form and the phone number on the form

Sure bro I will. I didn't know payment can be delayed for up to 3 days because I have been seeing people celebrating they got paid before their due date, some on their due date and some a day after so it's just frustrating why mine should be different. It's tiring.

I was told I would get a confirmation msg after 5 working days and that I should start counting my expected ROI date from the day I get the message. It’s been almost 4 weeks now and still nothing. I’ve sent several mails no response, I’ve called customer care line nobody answers it. It is worrisome. Has anyone here got their confirmation message?
