website posting? like you did not read it on this thread that lAGG insist they spent 78M
No contract of more than 10M can be awarded without Fashola's Approval. It was approve by Fashola him self and his government
when did GEJ and Fashola becobibgme mates that EFCC would invite, u comparing state governor with a President (your brain is dead) have u ever heared in the history of Nigeria a former president or head of state being invited by EFCC? Buhari can Prob Jonathan if he wishes (I'm in support of that sef) but EFCC can't and would never invite him.
It's clear your brain is dead and you can't see beyond your party (APC are all saints) if it was a PDP member u would be shouting jail and EFCC to investigate him but since it's APC you would ask for document like Your EFCC. I won't reply dead brain or dump as*s like u any longer [/s] Keep quiet you illiterate Website publication is not a document and you should be asking the state to release contract details stating how much was paid and who wsswas ppaid to do exactly what kind of work if you really care about this issue instead of blabbing like a freeking bingo |

Is a website posting a document? No you dumb asxs. 2. Was the contract awarded by the former governor. No you dumb assx. 3. Over £300,000 to upgrade this shitty website that has no proper and well defined mobile site?
I'd build a better one for him with just £10,000 and create a nice app with another £10,000. And that is me charging too much, tbh.
Effing rogues! Apart from the irrelevant crap you posted, do you also charge same amount to upload thousands of pegs and videos on multiple websites, service and maintain multiple websites for life? Would you do all that for same amount? Many of you need to shut up till you see the signed contact, what it dictates and exactly the amount charged, paid and who cashed the checks. This is basic common sense instead of the I sabi ignorant noise without facts... |

U obviously didn't understand what I presented no doubt. Who is talking about expenditure? Who is talking about savings? Where did u get that crap from? Before expenditure comes income. I am saying that within this two months, income to the federation account has increased despite the fact that oil price which is our core income source is at an all time low. This mean that the states now have more access to funds from the centre. Whether they choose to spend it or not as alleged by u as no bearing whatsoever to the fact that those monies that are normally stolen from other income sources before getting to FAAC don't get stolen again. I know you are trying hard to shut down the voices of reason and divert attention from your paymasters, keep up the good job. You want to get to the bottom of the matter, but you've already reached your own conclusion at the same time that 78 Million was misappropriated. You are not making any sense. You are basically talking from both sides of your mouth. The next step and what we need to know or see is contract terms and payment info from the state showing exactly what was paid, who they issued the checks to and who cashed the checks. |

Biko for your info I am a member of APGA and my Governor I campaigned for is doing what he promised because we held him accountable, we didn't come up with silly excuses when nothing was being done. Blindly supporting failures, corrupt leaders and swallowing propaganda like its eba does not build a better Nigeria nor does it support democracy. How many PDP oldies are now in APC? Zombieooo Zombieoooo! Not saying anything for 5 years while Ogoniland decays and defending the same man who refused to lift a finger, but criticize and have so much to say about a 2 day old order to fast track what the same man he's still supporting refused to do for 6 years was not criticism, it was hypocrisy, it was idiocy, it was stupidity.... [s] Before us and rest of the world, on BBC Hardtalk, even on CNN, Buhari announced a few years ago that he has changed to become a democrat. When asked why, he said that events in the old Soviet Union changed him to become a democrat.
So PMB needs criticism to bring his best to Nigeria.

awolam: WHY did he change the logo of the website from lagos govt logo to a newly created logo after leaving office?
While still in office, website title read: "the office of the governor of lagos state"...Now it reads "former governor of lagos state".
He is NOT lagos state govt and never should have used his name to operate a state govt website. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong in owning a personal website BUT should only be funded out of pocket NOT using state funds.
So his action was illegal and criminal. What's criminal? He's a criminal because the state gives out websites to past officials to document and show their engagements and activities as government officials? When you look at the website, do you see him doing owambe or official state functions like commissioning projects? If you don't like to see websites for past governors and their official activities, send your concern to the state legislature because it is allowed under state chatter with legislature approved budget for it... How do you even determine what's criminal with zero understanding of state laws and policies? Or you have your own special laws that he violated and if so, please show us the laws. |

Jona was the head of government, commander in chief and chief law enforcement officer. These are government crime fighting agencies. Conduct Tribunal Quashes Charges against TinubuFormer governor of Lagos State, Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu
By Adebiyi Adedapo
The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) Wednesday quashed charges of maintaining foreign bank accounts against former governor of Lagos State, Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The three-count charge brought against the former governor by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) was quashed for want of merits, as the tribunal held that there was no basis to continue with the trial.
Tinubu was accused of operating 16 foreign bank accounts outside the shores of the country between 1999 and 2007 while he was governor of Lagos State.
Delivering his ruling, which lasted for about an hour, the Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Umar Yakubu, held that the prosecution did not produce affidavit of evidence to buttress its accusations as the evidence before the court bordered on accusations in the initial charge.
According to him, once an amendment charge is presented before the court, it is conceived as a fresh charge and the previous charge stands dismissed.
The tribunal also held that CCB failed to show how Tinubu operated the said foreign accounts, as names traced to the accounts were not his but those of his close relatives, but the prosecution did not state that Tinubu committed the alleged offence through his agent or allies.
“No prima facie case has been established against accused applicant. The prosecution failed to file affidavit evidence in support of the count-amended charges. The tribunal has no jurisdiction to proceed. The charges are hereby quashed and the accused person discharged,” he said.
http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/conduct-tribunal-quashes-charges-against-tinubu/104033/ Meanwhile, counsel to CCB disagreed with the ruling of the tribunal, as he said his team would study the judgment and possibly go on appeal. Years later, they are still studying the judgement to appeal. Btw.. Chief wailing wailer. What's the new charges? |
