When I saw this somewhere, before I concluded reading,I just kept praying its not in Nigeria it happened. What I find amusing is the fact that people were actually walking closely with the ebola victim....I guess those Liberians are not scared of the disease again sha.

oluwanoni: When I was young my dad's family hosted lots of parties..on this occasion, I saw a bottle of star, thinking like a kid...i drank a whole bottle....alas it was kerosine...i fainted but was lucky to be revived back... cheesy...till today my peeps still use it to make jest of me.
"A whole bottle of kerosene"Oh dear!I find this so hard to believe because even the smell of kerosene is something else,so I wonder how u felt when you tasted it alone and still went ahead to finish the whole bottle.

phayvoursky: I used to be scared of bathing cold water. Before bathing I'd spend more than 5 minutes rehearsing on how to pour the water on my body.

I hated bathing outside cause I felt Adaobi my neighbour would be looking at my unclothedness... so when bathing I hide my stuff.
Yes,same thing with me...funny enough,I still do that,I say a short prayer before bathing cold water grin
Also like using mum's makeup and wearing oversized shoes and checking myself out in the mirror as a child.

DailyNews: My sister pls get me right; I am not saying that all ladies that wear it are bad, I am only trying to let u ladies know how majority of men and women in Nigeria perceive such fashion accessory on a lady.

Of course the perception maybe wrong, but remember that the whole world live and exist by generalisation and assumption, and me or u can't change it.

If I were a lady, honestly, I would put on any stuff that will send the wrong signal about my personality.

On the issue of advising a girl u are dating, I wouldn't dare do that and I know most enlightened guys won't, whyhuh

Because if u advice a lady u are dating not to wear this n that fashion, she would feel u are insecure or too possessive as they have been made to believe by media campaigners, so its safer to advice your sisters who would take it seriously without any negative feeling.

And to wrap it up, majority of Nigerians have negative perception about ladies or girls who wear:

1. Leg chain
2. Ankle chain
3. Visible tattoo
4. Nose piercing
5. Tongue piercing
6. Golden teeth

Forget what some boys or guys are saying here- bla, bla, bla....some claim they are enlightened, exposed, etc...I am sure none of them is more exposed than some guys telling ladies to avoid wearing such....and none of them is more exposed than their fathers who are millionaires, executives, etc that have toured around the world...and none of them here can be more exposed than I am too...anyway, let who has ear listen shaa.

If u can, find time and read through my comments on this thread and u will understand my point better. Goodmorningsmiley
Ok,I get ur point, also read most of ur post on this topic...that was long though.I mean ur explanation grin.

DailyNews: No sane Nigerian guy from a responsible family background with living parents would marry such a lady, but as for dating- sure many guys would date them.

Had a very pretty cousin who just woke up one day and started wearing it, until I saw it and sat her down and talked sense into her goat head, and immediately she stopped. Pls guys try and be advising your sisters for good becos some of them are ignorant of their actions, that's d best way to change our women for good not by talking online alone while enjoying their foolery in real life.
Just as you adviced your cousin to stop wearing it,what is wrong in also talking to a lady your dating to also stop wearing it?Don't tell me if you see a well mannered lady, you won't marry her because she wears an ankle chain?
I am not against or in support of those who wear....I'm just indifferent.

Sexytemi: emekus was hot today ooooo, Christian I still love u, clement was just rushing the song, Debbie sowie oooo, geoffery try oooo, but he can neva beat Monica s4 to that song oooo, but above all, the contestants all did well today, wish all da best.

spicyhoney: I liked her when the show started because of the way she speaks and I thought she would have the 'wow' thing in her performances too.
Hahaha.same here, but that's not what the show is about. She really needs to sit up,else she'll be joining flourish very soon.
TV/MoviesRe: Mtn Project Fame Season 7.0 Official Thread by AriDsexy(f): 10:12pm On Sep 07, 2014
homesteady: I think among the girls, its Debbie's performance(Joy - wizkid) that has had the largest ovation from the crowd! especially when she switched the song to reggae!
BTW thinking of it sef, no girl has been a serious contender this season!
Then I'm sure I didn't watch that part,or maybe its me that wasn't impressed with it.I don't think I've missed the show since they started. The guys are sooo on top of their game....Emekus continues to impress me.

MizzD: I enjoyed ruky's performance mehn...the chic has got some crazy swag. She delivered! I see her as the last girl standing.

Debbie is becoming another flourish with her inconsistent performances. She deserves to leave next jare.

Daniella has a great voice but I think the judges and academy try to pamper her, maybe cos she looks sweet , I don't know o, but they don't judge her harshly at all.
I agree to all ur analysis.

spicyhoney: Yes kind of, he did the idoma part so flawless and he looks like an Idoma person too.

I felt Christian didn't do justice to the song too. Also, Debbie has been disappointing me with her performances, I think i'll take her off my favourite list.
Debbie has never been a strong contender for me,she has not really wowed me with her performances sha.
TV/MoviesRe: Mtn Project Fame Season 7.0 Official Thread by AriDsexy(f): 8:07pm On Sep 07, 2014
spicyhoney: It seems Geoffrey is an Idoma boy(Benue state). . .can anyone confirm this?
Was it because of that song he did in the group performance?Don't know if he is sha,but I can sing that particular song from start to finish and I'm not an Idoma babe.
What happened to christain...he didn't do justice to 2baba's african queen...just my thought.
RomanceRe: I Am Confused Because I Truly Love Her............... by AriDsexy(f): 5:01pm On Sep 07, 2014
Joenice: Yea. Being too nice to a woman doesn't make you the guy she craves for. Being too nice is equal to being a wussy. Women all over the world love challenges. I can only love a woman so deeply, if i notice she's intelligent and can give me what i'm looking for in a relationship. If not, i'll leave her like a shot. There are so many women who are looking for good guys. So why should i fall into the pit because of an irresponsible woman?
Being too nice to an irresponisble lady was what you called it,not all women are like that you know, the guy I quoted made it look so,thank God you've said it urself"there are so many women who are looking for good guys".

[quote author=Tallesty1]I'll always thank God for the type of heart he gave me. A heart that doesn't take poo from anybody even if I love the person more than myself. A heart that listens to my brain and a heart that always ask my brain for advice.

Oga op. Brake-ups make us strong. So let her go. Leave the girl and move on because you seriously need to, if you don't build yourself now and move then be ready to be used a third time. Her ex had dumped her before and may dump her again. She is very sure that you love her and will come back to you for a quick healing if that happens.

Learn your lesson and stop loving too much, stop showing too much love, stop confessing your love like a drunk. Stop being too nice to women, they don't need it. Never you on any condition cry over a girl. No gf is worth your tears. Be a toughy. [/quote
"Stop being too nice to women" huh?You seriously think they don't need it?

homesteady: I wonder why they called her to sing! I'm sure the judges and faculty were very ashamed of her!
She just embarrassed all project fame alumni
Yes they were, because Kaffy kept saying "they said I should be nice"[that is her fellow faculty members]It just shows that they were really dissapointed in her performance.

mumu9gerian: u can just imagine, that's lack of discipline, none of the other earlier evicted contestants did this, unfortunately for her, i had always wanted her out.
I watched it twice,on soundcity and silverbird, she kept looking @ her fellow contestant,na wa o...she has a bad attitude.Imagine her coming up just once for eviction and she was voted out,too bad.

Wow.finally,Flourish gets evicted.About time already,to even think she was looking at her fellow contestant to see who voted for her is even funny,Joseph benjamin had to caution her twice.Glad she's out abeg, because she couldn't even perform the song well the second time.
Emekus and Ugo...welldone.
