FOLYKAZE: But Fayose has constitutional protection - Immunity.
Dont you think this case is DOA? Who get time to wait till after 2018 for a case? Immunity does not give you the right to libel or slander another person...Read tortuous liability law and compare it with section 135 that grants immunity...A person under Immunity may be protected from any criminal action, a civil action may be carried against you... |

attacker321: Is it okay for a married couple to draw up a time table for having sex?
My wife is complaining that I disturb her every day and that she can no longer cope. She has insisted that we come up with a time table of two days in every week and stick to it. This means she is ready to give me sex only twice a week.
Also how many times per week is ideal for a couple to have sex? It is simple...why she is busy drafting a sex time table...You should be busy drafting your time table...Reduce her monthly allowance by 30 percent, three times a day meal should be reduced to two, cancel her shopping from your time table...Go on sex strike...she will be the one begging you for it after two weeks... |

d33types: If this is true, then this government is the most hypocritical one since 1960. Talk about the so-called austerity measures.
You don't need 80 lawyers to win even if it's 20 cases ,except you want to intimidate and harass the judges by packing many lawyers per case the most celebrated law case of all time involving OJ Simpsons and Johnny Cochrane didn't need 5lawyers
Modified We know it's not 80lawyers per case, it doesnt make it less wasteful. Lawyers can only deliberate on cases after investigations by EFCC, thereby making them idle pending investigations. If you were patience enough to read in-between the line line...The article said the govt. train 80 lawyers to handle high profile cases along side some 1500 terrorism cases pending with the high court...not that all the 80 lawyers will be assign to a single case...at times its good to read before commenting.. |

Aquariann: Miss, no one is going back to analog or whatever. What this means is that, in line with the minister's earlier directives that Post-UTME, post-JAMB, Aptitude test or what ever name you know it by, remains cancelled.
Screening of candidates wouldn't involve any form of examination (whether CBT or "analog" because candidates have already done that when the sat for JAMB abi UTME. And that the amount to be paid for that screening is a flat rate of N2500 (bank and "hidden charges" inclusive) across all universities.
And the said screening now involves vetting your UTME scores, SSCE results by grading, catchment area etc. Maybe oral interview. No more exams after JAMB. Thank you my brother, it seems you the only one that can read and comprehend on this forum...I give you an "A" in reading comprehension.. |

Wallade: The minister is an old man who probably does not understand the need for computer skills and the need to be savvy.
If the post UTME must be cancelled, that should not eliminate the use of Computer Based Test (CBT). He is obviously doing the bidding of a section of Nigeria that doesn't appreciate CBT.
Another poor decision from a strategic ministry that is essential to industrialisation, economic growth and development.
