kikake:
Buhari is Nigeria's Commander in chief.

To clear his wife, Aisha Buhari, from not been taken for Aisha Buhari of Halliburton, President Buhari has to order the security forces to produce the Aisha Buhari of Halliburton case.

But let it not produce another drama of Gloria Okon of IBB era.

If Buhari government failed to produce the Aisha Buhari of Halliburton, it's hard for non zombies in Nigeria to believe there is another Aisha Buhari outside the president's wife involved in Halliburton bribe scandals.

Who expects the US authorities to arrest the wife of Nigeria's president for any offense?
Only zombies of Sai Buhari.
I thought you guys said Aisha should travel to USA to prove her innocence, now that she is in USA, PMB should produce the fake Aisha. I believe if the fake Aisha is produce, you guys will said they pay somebody to act as a fake Aisha...I think ignoring wailers the best thing to do...Kaii...wailing is a sickness that has no cure...

shadeyinka:
I wonder if we have any so-called economic experts in this country. Our problem is NOT FOREX, its not liquidity, it is not Interest rate or lending rate.

Our problem is simple.
1. We import more than we export.
2. We don't produce the consumables we use. We depend on other nations.

Solve these two problems and Nigeria is made.
And what did you think is the essence of attracting foreign investors?? is its not for the economy to be self sufficient huh foreign investors(especially in the real sector) burst a countries GDP, reduce undue pressure on forex, Creates employment opportunities and increase government revenue from taxes.

The solution to the so called our problem you mention above is foreign Investment...Take some time to read economic books and listen to analyst before commenting on sensitive topics like this...

PoliticsPresident Muhammadu Buhari And The Biblical Moses by Aristo3146(op): 7:18pm On Jul 29, 2016
Moses made two attempts at leadership; the first was recorded in the book of (Ex 2:11-14)
“ Now it came about in those days, when Moses had grown up, that he went out to his brethren and looked on their hard labors; and he saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his brethren. 12 So he looked this way and that, and when he saw there was no one around, he struck down the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. 13 He went out the next day, and behold, two Hebrews were fighting with each other; and he said to the offender, "Why are you striking your companion?" 14 But he said, “Who made you a prince or a judge over us? Are you intending to kill me as you killed the Egyptian?" Then Moses was afraid and said, "Surely the matter has become known."
The second attempt at leadership was when he was called by God in (Ex 3:10) to go up in Egypt and bring forth the children of Israelites from the house of bondage to the promise land (A land flowing with milk and honey).
President Muhammadu Buhari made two successful attempts at leadership; the first was in 1983 as a military head of state and the second as a democratically elected president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Moses after his first attempt went into exile in midian and was said to be pasturing the flocks of Jethro his father in-law. Buhari after his first attempt went into exile in Daura and was pasturing farm animals as was captured in his assets declaration (the only thing record failed to tell us is, if those cattle belong to his father in-law as was in the case of Moses). When Moses was called, he brought God’s attention to the fact that he is not an eloquent speaker (Ex. 4:10), God instructed him to go with his brother Aaron (Ex 4:14). When PMB was coming on Board, Nigerians complained of his academic qualification and his poor accent, God backed up this deficiencies with a Professor (Osibanjo) just the way he backed Moses with Aaron.
Finally we are on the path to the promise land, if we can remember, the Israelites journey to the promise land was not as smooth as envisaged, they encountered a lot of challenges as characterized by the challenges we are facing now, the boko haram, the militants, fight against corruption, budget padding and other security challenges. Pharaoh(Corruption) is pursuing us from behind and there is a red sea(Niger deltan Militants) in front. If God saw Israelites through, there is no doubt he will see us through.
Rebellion against Moses, Rebellion against PMB, Rebellion against God.
Ex 17:3 But the people were thirsty for water there, and they grumbled against Moses. They said, "Why did you bring us up out of Egypt to make us and our children and livestock die of thirst?"

The children of Israel did not stop there; they even went a step forward by suggesting electing a leader who will lead them back to Egypt. The above scenario is not different from what we are facing today; a friend was telling me how we were better off in the days of corruption and impunity, in essence he was telling me how better we were in Egypt the house of slavery. Most people that rebelled against Moses beard the consequences of their actions, Miriam and Aaron rebelled against Moses in Numbers 12:1 and Miriam became leprous( Thank God for Moses intervention), The book of Numbers 16:31 tells us how Korah and his men were swallow by the earth for rebelling against their God chosen leader.
Rebellion against PMB has become a thing of concern, any appointment made is tag nepotism (record did not show if Moses was criticized by Israelites for choosing his brother to be the high priest). In as much as criticism is fundamental in a democratic setting, I think Nigerians are taking things a bit too far. Moses could have been tag a tyrant and rejected by Israelites as their leader the day he killed an Egyptian and hid in sand, but God thought are different from ours. PMB may be tag a Tyrant by some people, but out of wisdom, God made him our President and commander in chief. Rebellion Against PMB may land us were Miriam landed, it may even land us were Korah and his men landed.

Back to the matter, when Hon. PoliticsRe: Halliburton: Aisha Buhari Sues Fayose by Aristo3146(m): 1:49am On Jul 21, 2016
Suprnov3r:
Points to deduce from this lawsuit

1. Fayose is in trouble. He may pay through his nose
2. So many fake lawyers on NL
3. It is a civil lawsuit and Fayose has no immunity from it
4. Aisha Buhari is guilty of the haliburton scandal since she is not suing him for that one which he has used to yab her over and over again but she is suing him for the jefferson williams case
5. The burden of proof lies with Aisha. They must proove that Fayose said it and must proove that Aisha is not the person named there. To proof she is not the person means the real person might need to step up or else the trial will not be fair just like all the certificate suits buhari has been dodging like bullet
6. Ideally this suit should be filed in Ekiti state
7. While trying to proove she is not the Aisha in this case, she might provide enough evidence againat herself for someome to sue her in the US for the haliburton case
Are you a psychiatric patience? No offence pls...
In case you are not a patience, let me point a little points to you...
1. Haliburton scandal is the same that involved a former US congress man Jefferson Williams...There is no haliburton scandal different from jefferson case as you claimed in your number four(4)
2. The Onus of prove lies with the accuser not the defence as claimed in your number (5)
3. Territorial Jurisdiction is irrelevant to this case...
Your next quote will prove to me if you are really typing this from Yaba psychiatric center...Thanks

Back to the topic, You said section 135 made it clear and unambiguous," No court action can be initiated against a sitting governor" If i may ask...Do you know how many governors/ past governors that are facing/faced certificate forgery cases in court why they were/are still covered by immunity clause?
Do you think the lawyer that sued Buhari over certificate scandal never knew what he was doing? or you dont know that the president also enjoys immunity like governors...
My dear, we have laws and we still have laws that governs the laws...
