you are totally ignorant of how the movie industry works. Majority of nollywood movies are premiered on YouTube. YouTube even has a premium where you pay to watch. Most Nigerians abroad even prefer watching nollywood movies on YouTube than Netflix. That's why Amazon prime announced they're packing up. YouTube and cable TV will never tell you how much each movie makes per view. Until YouTube tells us the gross earnings per nollywood movie and cable TV also do so, never use Netflix and cinema gross earnings to judge the entire nollywood. It's misleading.

you made a claim without evidence and I bursted you, you're asking me how much she made. Show me any proof she made a net profit of 2.2 billion naira for a movie. Una too lie. Any "gross" means total amount made before expenditure and tax deductions, and for movie it may also include the deduction of the share of the distributor. In this case cinema company or Netflix. Producers only get a percentage of movie "gross" earnings.

If you want to know how a cable TV movie "grossed" then you'll have to determine the money such a channel generated in running the movie which also includes the amount generated by ads shown in the movie. This also applys to YouTube. Some nollywood movies on YouTube amass tens of millions of views add the amount YouTube made from them and the amount from ads, you'll get what they grossed. While no channel will reveal that, you'll agree that will be running into a billion for a known channel like ROK or known YouTube channel compared to miserly 200 million naira you celebrate.

You can't judge nollywood from Netflix when overwhelming majority of nollywood movies are on YouTube and cable TV. Ridiculously attempting to narrow down sample size has been used from time immemorial to manipulate statistical figures.

Hausa sounds better than Yoruba but can significantly affect your speech in another language such as English. Igbo sounds best because of its unique low pitch vowels and nasal sounds such as mm and nn and does not interfere in speaking other languages. This is why a native Igbo speaker can speak other languages like their natives.

Pronounce the two names "Nneoma and Aderibigbe" and you'll get what I mean.
