* A copy of....
* My DE printout
* My O level result
* Poly Statement of result.

No TRANSCRIPT...
I REPEAT , NO TRANSCRIPT!!!!

Infact, a source had it that ur poly statement isn't a must IF it's not ready yet (not sure sha)

i met a guy who jus got admission into FUTO sef..I was asking him if he knws anytin abt Jamb regularization..... he said No DAT he used DAT I his old jamb reg no he used to get admission into d poly to register....
