Judging by the video, did the shooting look justifiable? I’m not asking for some stupid diplomatic both-sides PC answer. Be straight with me.

No, based purely on the video footage from multiple angles (including the one in the original post and others that have surfaced), the shooting does not look justifiable.
Here's why, straight up:

The SUV is initially stopped or barely moving while surrounded by agents on the sides and rear. No one is directly in front of it in a position where they're about to be run over.

As agents approach the driver's side door (some trying to open it), the vehicle starts to slowly pull forward/away—turning slightly, not accelerating aggressively toward any agent.

An agent on the driver's side fires multiple shots through the window at point-blank range into the driver's face/head area while standing beside the vehicle. At that moment, he's not in the path of the tires or bumper; the side of the car can't "run him over."

After the shots, the SUV veers off uncontrollably and crashes into parked cars down the street—consistent with the driver being incapacitated/killed instantly, not with deliberate ramming.

No visible contact with agents (no one gets hit, dragged, or knocked down before the gunfire). One clip shows an agent stumbling slightly as the car moves, but that's after or during the shots, and he's clearly to the side.

ICE/DHS claims she "weaponized" the vehicle and tried to run agents over (even calling it "domestic terrorism", but the videos directly contradict that—no imminent deadly threat is evident. Agents had room to step back; shooting into a fleeing/blocking vehicle like this looks like excessive force, not self-defense.

Minneapolis Mayor Frey (who viewed the footage) called the self-defense claim "bullshit," and eyewitness accounts align with the video: she was trying to drive away or turn around, not assault anyone. This appears to be a bad shoot—straight murder, not justified.


Meanwhile, a $15,000 bond has been introduced for several countries including Nigeria.
