Caste iron is called ite òna in my language. So it's nothing new. Only different design and it's very heavy.

I have plans to get this wok and le crueset but still haven't. Waiting to discard some things first.

I think if living in a particular place is too high, one should move to another state. There should be work - life balance. People I know don't have 2 jobs. But if ever COL becomes too high - then time to move to a cheaper place.
I have a list of those places in my pockets and will gladly live there and enjoy southern comfort
