Exactly.. Same thing happened to me last year with DSS my connect was so strong that I thought I have already gotten the job when he called me and asked me to send my documents. But as you said what's ur own is ur own, unfortunately I didn't get that call to report to camp.

LET ME HELP DISPELL SOME RUMORS AND UNCERTAINTIES HERE.
For those that went for screening and asking what's next.
1. After a month or so successful one's will will receive either a text or email invitation them for documentation and final verification of documents (Your documents will be verified again during documentation).
It's usually in your zone like the verification exercise.
2. After successful documentation you will proceed to open a pension account (Usually agents of one or more Pension Administrators will be available there) and then you will enroll and capture for IPPIS.
3. When you're through with all that you will be given an introduction letter which you will take to your state of origin immigration service command.
4. After a week or so your state command will call you for a 4 - 6 Weeks induction exercise.
5. If you have no problem with your IPPIS enrollment you will receive your FULL SALARY after one month no allowances.
6. The service will start arrangement for training of the new intakes which is done based on cadres.
Note: It may take up to a year (in extreme circumstances) before you go for training.
7. When you're in training school the service will stop paying you salary. You will only be given an allowance of #15,000 monthly.
Note: Your salary will be accruing for the months you're undergoing training and will likely be paid after 2 or 3 month of commissioning.

Shey training is in kano state, right? i did my screening on monday and i saw them in the camp. I heard one of the officers saying they will spend three months there. But you can help us confirm again please. thanks

It went well. Lasted between 10-15 minutes.
Verification of invitation letter against the date and person's identity at the gate, ushered in and name checked to confirm and a number given, credentials screening and a few questions like how old are you, ur phone number, email used and anything that comes to the mind. Later height,chest and flat foot checked then ask to run and leave the premises.

In all, one need to be smart and confident in response to any question which will require one to master his documents and other relevant details to beat this.

Under height, bow legs, flat foot, too fat or inconsistencies in documents are some of the reasons that may disqualify one from what I learned on the ground.

Congratulations to those who made the list. E no really easy .

Please when going for screening try to get all your credentials (especially your FSLC) complete. Making it to this stage isn't the final lap, remember they need 4k officers for all the cadre and 6k candidates were shortlisted. Therefore some people will still be screened out. For those that don't have any connection, I beg you with God's name, please make sure you won't have anything that will disqualify you. Please, to get FG job (not just FG but Paramilitary) no be beans oo so please do your best to make it.

Once again, congratulations!! Will see y'all at the top.
