Food / Re: Which Nigerian Local Rice Brand Is The Best ? by AsaSage: 12:25pm On Jul 06, 2020
omoharry:
how much for a bag of Ekpoma rice !

Currently, Ekpoma Rice, which is one of the best rice brands in Nigeria, is very expensive. It is being sold for about ₦23,000 for a full bag. If you live in Lagos, you could go for a cheaper alternative like Ofada Rice.

This is what they told us. To get the real facts go to independent source

Lol... It's hilarious how naive some people are, even at this point in time. Companies come up with several claims and skewed statistics every now and then. Sadly, people are quick to hop on the bandwagon without verifying such claims. An independent research on DStv plans and prices across Africa is all one needs to unravel the truth.

Dude came out to abuse people's fathers for clout and the prospects of entering the payroll of someone whose source of wealth were unexplainable.

Twitter keyboard warriors go deal with am.

Anyway, if there's one thing to learn from this whole mess, it definitely would be sticking to a legit hustle. Instead of defrauding someone of his hard-earned money or making mockery of people who are struggling to survive, utilize the several legitimate ways to make some cool cash online, and shun mockery

Honda is a nice product, it offers fuel efficiency and smooth driving experience but the resale value isn't encouraging. Also, the cost of maintenance is higher than its competitors.

Investnow2017:

Here it goes:

I discovered that countries within the tropical zones have comparatively fewer fatalities. Here is a quick glance at the statistics: I am going to indicate the confirmed cases viz a viz the number of recorded deaths:
Saudi Arabia 101,914 / 712
Pakistan 98,943 / 2,002
Qatar 68,790 / 54
UAE 38,808 / 276
Kuwait 31,848 / 264
Afghanistan 20,342 / 357
Oman 16,882 / 75
Bahrain 14,763 / 25

Egypt 32,612 / 1,198
Iraq 12,366 / 346
Nigeria 12,233 / 342
Algeria 10,050 / 698
Sudan 6,081 / 359
Morocco 8,177 / 208
.

This is an impressive analysis, I must say. However, I do believe that there are unique antigens found in our system which induces immune responses, activating lymphocytes that have contributed to our low fatality rate. Given the fact that we can't credit this low rate to the atmospheric condition of our environ, since there are countries with similar atmospheric conditions yet they experience a prolific increase in fatality.

Do note that I'm not discrediting the role of tropical climate in barring the fatal effects of this pandemic. But focusing on that alone would mean ignoring a host of other factors (including the one you stated i.e., demographic distribution).

Consequently, our survival rates could as well be attributed to our inherited unique genetic composition.

Regardless of the final outcome. Naija people will always find a way to watch or stream Nollywood movies or other movie types.

Before Netflix and the likes we've be surviving, after them we will still survive. Besides, new content streaming service providers could be birthed from the advent of these circumstances.

Career / Re: Top Paying Law Firms In Nigeria 2017 - Law Repository Nigeria by AsaSage: 9:32am On Jun 08, 2020
This is ridiculous! One would spend 5 years or more in school, then an extra one in law school, not to mention the year spent to serve the country. At the end of the day, only less than a dozen firm can pay you your actual worth. Shambolic!

This is why I always advice young people to learn a skill or take a more entrepreneurial approach when choosing a career.
Career / Re: Top 10 Richest Lawyers In Nigeria 2017 - Law Repository Nigeria by AsaSage: 9:00am On Jun 08, 2020
I do not want to assume any hasty conclusions, but it seems like this list is bias. I know the west were more keen to becoming educated back then, but in our current reality there some handful of wealthy laywers that hails from other parts of Nigeria which you've failed to mention.
