Attending Ile Kewu alone doesn't qualifies one to be an Islamic cleric, understanding and implementation of what is being learnt does with continues knowledge seeking.

Someone that doesn't understand and practice what he learnt in ile kewu.

You don’t go to school to look for jobs, go there with the mindset of creating jobs.

A graduate has no business being jobless.

Use your education to think of what to do. Even if it’s in the informal sector, you education should make you do it better.
Rightly said, But there is a huge gap between skills needed to solve problem and what is being taught in schools.

I no fit lie for you o.

You are right, they are not innovative and will never welcome or adopt Innovative ideas.

surely it will involve a lot of bureaucratic bottlenecks, but your best bet would be the FAAN Offxie, writing them see if they buy into the idea, Insurance Incase of any vandalism, camera set up for saboteurs, and patience for approval.
I don't think any license should be involved you aren't flying the plane.
Thank you.

Aircraft Musuem

We have a lot of abandoned aircrafts at the Muritala Mohammed Airport, Instead of allowing it get decrepit and run down. There is a business in cleaning them up and using them as museums, and school trips for school children.

Many of these pupils will have their first opportunity of being in an airplane, knowing the model of the plane and have their first taste and inspiration at being future pilots and air hosts.

There are just there, they can still be of some use.
This is eye opening.

Does one need any licence or paperwork to run the above business?

I look forward to your response.

Temmytayor90:
Good day sir,
I wish you well in your endeavor. Sir I beg of you, if you will be lending money to young and old small scale business owners. Please do well to educate your staffs to be respectful and polite in their debt recovery activities. This here was the reason I left a Microfinance because I couldn't withstand the constant bullying of customers especially older men and women by some COs. The way some COs harrass people old enough to mother and father them is scary, I can't stand seeing someone harrass my parents like that, so naturally I shouldn't harrass other people's parents but some COs care less, some go as far as naked defaulters, to what endhuh I know it can be frustrating to COs because when your ledger is not balanced, when you have shortages, na your salary go hear am. But still on still, we should be civil when doing our respective jobs..... Anybody I tell I left a Microfinance job with salary of 120k for a security job of 45k will only but laugh at me, do I blame them? No, na only me understand my reason,my peace of mind supercedes the money I get when I know I have caused some people pains....... Once again I wish you well sir, your next post will be how you wished you had started this business earlier.
AgricultureRe: Invest In Profitable Agriculture With Guaranteed Returns by ashimiu2020(m): 7:01pm On Jan 24, 2025
Janded42:
Hello Nairalanders,

I am a passionate farmer with hands-on experience in crop and animal farming. I currently own large land and plan to cultivate maize, rice, groundnuts, pepper, soybeans, and beans this farming season.

Farming is not just my business; it's my passion. Having worked in agriculture locally and abroad, I've seen the potential it holds for consistent profitability. However, farming is capital-intensive, and this is where you come in.

I am offering you an opportunity to invest in agriculture with a legally binding agreement ensuring your safety and transparency.

How It Works:

1. Investment Options:

You invest a specific amount in the farm.

Funds will be used for land preparation, seeds, fertilizer, labor, and other farming inputs.

2. Returns:

After 4-6 months (depending on the crop), you will receive your principal with a guaranteed return

3. Legal Agreement:

Every investor will sign a legal document to ensure trust and clarity on terms.

4. Updates:

I will provide regular updates on the farm's progress, including photos, videos, and reports.

Why You Should Invest:

Agriculture is recession-proof.

You're partnering with someone with a track record and experience.

This is a way to grow your money while supporting local food production.

If you're interested, kindly send me a DM or drop a comment, and I will share more details about the available packages and returns.

Let’s grow together, one harvest at a time!
Kindly help with your email.

Thanks.
AgricultureRe: Investors/partners Needed For Poultry Farming by ashimiu2020(m): 6:57pm On Jan 24, 2025
barackosuco1:
Good morning Nairalanders......

Sometime in 2020 during COVID 19, I made a post about how I was unable to fund contracts awarded to me due to lack of capital (you can check my previous posts to confirm this).

During that period, I was completely down that I had to accept an offer to work as a procurement officer for a farm. From there I was able to save little and established an agency banking business (POS) as side hustle. By God's grace within two years I was able to expand the business and when I had up to four outlets, I resigned from my job at the farm and faced my business fully.

From there I was able to buy 5acres of land, registered it and fenced it. The plan is to establish my own poultry farm. I have built a 20,000 capacity layer's pen and 3-bedroom flat (yet to be roofed) on the land. The building is to be used as staff quarters for staffs that would be willing to live on the farm.

Now the issue is my agency banking business is no more the way it use to be due to too much competition in the business and waiting for return on the business to fully run the poultry is becoming impossible because both the poultry structure and the building has been in the same stagnant position since April last year.

I am hereby looking for investors/partners to help run this farm. Pls if interested, kindly send a mail to denmosglobal@gmail.com.

Thanks
Kindly check your email pls.

Thank you.

skyrockete:
To be honest, Osun State is a good place to live. I am currently in Osun and I can attest to what OP said. I have lived in PH, Bayelsa, Lagos, Ibadan and Maiduguri before and i know what it takes to live in those states I mentioned.

Although, Maiduguri was cheaper to live when I was there like 13 years ago but two things were conspicuously lacking in Borno State then Viz: Security and steady electricity sup

Talking about Rivers State, PortHarcourt in particular, things were costly virtually in all sphere of life exempt "Omoge".

I have also lived in Bayelsa State too and I cannot compare Bayelsa with Osun State in any way when it comes to the cost of living ; Osun is cheaper to live.

Lagos, I ran away from Lagos because of many things my life could not endure. First of all, I hate the vehicular traffic in Lagos and this always lead to restlessness. I woke up for work by 4a.m and came back to my house by 9 p.m. Every where in Lagos was stuffy! I pity many people who live in Lagos but in thatched houses, abject poverty and insecurity. I will prefer living in a two bedroom flat in a village rather than a dilapidated rented room apartment in Lagos.

My experience in Ibadan, factually speaking, Ibadan is relatively cheap like Osun but it is becoming overpopulated now. Nevertheless, you can still find your way of living comfortably in Ibadan and the electricity supply there was not bad as at the time I was still there. Though that is Osun is better. Mind you, Oyo light is supplied from Osogbo's power line.

Now Osun State, Osogbo as a case study, things are cheaper here in comparison with other states I have mentioned. There is peace, at least 16-18 hours of electricity supply, motorable road network (Gbosa for Aregbesola). Everything is just kuleee here honestly though jobs are scarce but you can Venture into a business. Like me I am into Agriculture , other businesses. You can call for your pineapple suckers at a reasonable price or for your farm set up. You can also visit our farms to confirm.
Welldone sir,
I am a fresh graduate currently preparing for my NYSC.
Based on your experience in Osun state sir,can you kindly suggest where I can serve with minimum cost of accomodation(single room with constant electricity supply)in Osun state.
Thanks.
