Dear Santa, I wish for a job that can transform the life of my family and those around me for good. Thanks. |
And the ones stealing billions and stagnating the state are hailed by these same slippers thief beaters. Why is it that the law only applies to the poor or poverty acts? Have you ever seen or heard of anyone that stole millions or billions been beatien? Who sai, Bt steal maggi and your entire body will be recreated by mob justice. I'm not and will never encourage stealing but why the partiality in delivering justice? |
Can somebody tell me why the OP refused or omitted to tell us where this happened in Lagos so we can verify his story. Cos as it stands I don't know where to place it. |
Nigerian youths, its up. to you R you only good at being mobilised for as thugs during election and for planting trees? The government will not enable the economy so you can either great your own business or created employment. U will be hired to plant the trees and then dumped till the need for you arise again. |
nightparty:Oven already sold? OK no problem |
Abidec76:Pls your contact |
If they refuse it no problem, just give the materials to schools in a neighboring state and see who looses and please make it an annual thing and see if the schools and the ministry will not be at loggerheads. The kind of politics we play in Nigeria is pathetic. |
shilenji:The data is not even working |
AutoReportNG:Promise kept? Far from it. That Road was conceptualized by Tinubu and blueprint handed over to Fashola during his first campaign as Governor of Lagos state. After Fashola's eight years (which former tenants and landlords especially around Orile will not forget in a hurry) and Ambode's 4years we are still where we are. To complicate issues the road was then sectioned to 3, Eric Moore to Mile 2, Mile 2 to Okokomaiko and Okokomaiko to Seme. after Fashola became a Federal Minister, Of which Lagos state was to handle Eric Moore to Okokomaiko and FG to handle Okokomaiko through Agbara-badagry to seme. Now where I'm confused is you brought Ferma into the mix and assigned a portion meant for Lagos state to them. My confusion is, is Lagos state government franchising a portion of its section to FG agencies, was it an error on your part or LASG is planning to abandon that portion of the road? |
JubrinElSudan:And the COAS will call then coward's. How many, die on a daily basis in a war the government is lying to its citizens about. They are the real cowards. |
All talk n no action. Same pronouncements about Lagos badagry expressway n no action. Even the lag is-badagry expressway has been sectioned n FG says their portion is from Okoko to Seme, while Coastain to Okokomaiko is for Lagos state government. I hope Lagos state government is aware cos that particular portion is a nightmare to lagosians coming from Seme tru badagry n Okoko to mile 2, as it is practically immotorable and Lagos state govt is telling us FG has taken over the construction of the road with no mention of sections. |
jaxxy:Don't mind those ingrates. Pension for serving for only 4/8years, while the average civil servant who served the state for 30yrs upwards before pension is being owed arrears running into years. Have they for once debated why our elderly are being left to live in abject poverty? No. Bayelsa has a lot of things for those legislatures to debate on like; Why there is no electricity in yenegoa such that even the state assembly and government house runs on generators. Why there is no single production/manufacturing industry in yenegoa/bayelsa. Why 90% of confectionery sold within the state comes from neighbouring states Why asides civil service there is no other means of employment in the state. Why the state water boards only exist on paper as no tap anywhere is running. Why social services ministries are practically not on ground. Just to mention a few. So if with all these and more the problem of this 6th assembly. is their pension, they are worth being called ingrates. And for those shouting PDP n co, have u ever heard lawmakers either at the local, state or federal level quarrel when it comes to sharing money? They are all same. Make Bayelsa an APC state today and they will still push this abomination through. |
Nigerians are a major cause of these discos reaping us off. Firstly there is no supply and we get estimated bills at the beginning of each month which some struggle to pay. N.B. Those with prepaid meters don't complain cos they only pay for what they consume. Secondly, if u fail to pay within a time frame they'll restore power for like three hours and then threaten to disconnect you and you run helter scalter to raise money to pay as if there is electricity. Thirdly, after paying from the following day its goes back to constant black out and maybe one or two hours every two or three days. And the cycle repeats when its time to collect a new months bill, you have supply over night and maybe one or two hours during the day. Fourthly, why is it so difficult for these discos to meter houses but they are always very quick to talk of tarriff review, cos they know that if you only pay for what you consume they'll be forced to up their supply or there will be short fall in revenue generation. My problem with us is why can't we allow them to disconnect and if possible carry their transformers if they like cos we've are just been reaped. As we still run on alternative power supplies after paying. I did it for six months last year, my neighbors were laughing but later the marketers started pleading that my monthly bill will be reduced and they did. Imagine if the whole street, LGA, state or country was able to stand their ground, these discos will beg us to connect with incentives but no, we always want things without stress even to our own peril. God help us. |
wunmi590:Tnx dear, u just spoke my mind. This story doesn't add up. I've witnessed such n it has happened to me and nobody asked me to leave. Op, why not tell us the name of the church and where in Delta it happened. |

Limitednow:Don't mind the shameless man. He couldn't advice Mr. Transmission and the long list of APC dumb asses and crocks to resign. Hypocrite. |
creolehunt:Dats wat happens wen election is around the corner. Every politician becomes approachable but after the election check if I'll c dem again. |
Is thus what we should be referring to as innovative in 2019?
Are we trying to move forward or race backward.
Nigeria we hail thee. |

Just another diversion tactics from the mess APC n Buhari have put Nigeria.
Can't these men come up with anything positive?
They keep defaulting to 2015 election campaign tactics.
God save Nigeria from APC. |
If na beauty pageant u for see million upon millions with car, house and holiday in any part of the world. But since it is technology, they are not interested. Their mindset is after all the west can supply us anything we need. Useless leaders. |
Groovenaija360:OP, okogbe mbiama road is in Rivers state not Bayelsa. |
Groovenaija360:OP, Okogbe Mbiama road is in Rivers State not Bayelsa. Hope they rescue the occupants of the bus. |
Bannylove13:Talk they say is cheap. My bro God bless you for your effort at exposing the conspiracy against Bayelsa and Bayelsans. Accusing Bayelsans alone for the under development of Bayelsa is absurd and easy when u haven't looked at the bigger picture. Firstly, Bayelsa was created against the will of the power brokers so to ensure they stalemate its growth, they told us Bayelsa is a small state and created only eight local govts. such that their monthly allocation plus their 13% derivation that is never 13% places them just a little above other states without 13%, when in actual fact each local government in Bayelsa is about two or three of some other states. Alamieyeseigha by Gods' grace became it 1st civilian governor and those outside Bayelsa along with their stalwarts in Bayelsa labelled him a thief but up till date almost all government infrastructure you see was done by Alamieyeseigha. Other Gov. after. Alamieyeseigha are simply errand boys of the powers that be and nobody called them thieves or gave them the Alamieyeseigha treatment. As for Federal government presence, you only see it in the armed forces and paramilitary else there is not a single Federal infrastructure except rehabilitation not construction of roads to score cheap political points, like the Otuoeke road rehabilitation. Is there any state in Nigeria without a viable Federal presence except Bayelsa? I guess not. Bayelsas' problems emanates from the quest of Abuja along with our local champions (Politicians, Thiefs, etc.) wanting to enrich themselves at the detriment of the states' infrastructural development. Tnx. |
