Prosecution of INEC Chairman and his subordinates for manipulation of election results will curb election rigging. |
Why are anambra indigenes behaving like they've forgotten so soon what they saw under Obi's governance? Well I wish abians the best since their governor elect says he will use the Obi pattern. I only advice them to braze up for hard times even in the midst of plenty, especially civil servants. |
These protesters, Are they not affected by this so called cashless policy? Are they not affected by fuel scarcity? Instead of protesting so we can put food on our tables, they are trying to take us back to where exactly? The elections has come and gone, it was rigged does not mean your candidate won. We know the massive rigging that went on in the south east and some other places too so none of them is a saint. Though only a few are happy with the outcome of the elections we have taken it in good faith and moved on. The court is there to seek redress so I don't want to hear interim at all. God bless Nigeria. |
The only apology we want is for ATM machines to be dispensing new notes. After two months hunger and starvation, compulsory sit at home n even death in some cases we don't want to hear anything about the old notes or any policy hiccups. Just make the new notes available. See how people are locked outside bank as if they are beggers just because they want to collect their own monies they deposited. Did u do any studies in the impact of this so called policy on the lives of Nigerians before going ahead to implement it? I seriously diunt And u are apologising, to who if I may ask? It is now clear this is the new normal unless the new government that will be sworn in by may 29 decides otherwise. There is God o. |
Another Kanu loading (script from 1993) Why are Nigerians like this? Just because things didn't go as u wanted it the entire democratic process should be flushed down the drain? It only goes to shows how undemocratic we are as a people. Interim government headed by who? And what if the outcome of the elections conducted by the interim is not favourable, are we going to ask for another interim government or outright military take over? Let's let go and begin to think of how to come out of this mess we are in due to the elections. |
Reinaldo:They are just trying to redesign their battered image. Was terrorism the core of the redesign policy? Nigeria's have suffered and some have died not because they don't have but because they can't access cash and some are talking gibberish. Emefiele has not successfully implemented a single monetary policy successfully since assuming office as the CBN governor, whether its intentional or due to lack of understanding of the Nigerian system I can't say. First it was the dollar issue n now this. God help us as regards what will happen before may 29. |
Omooba77:Is the current Vice President no longer a pastor under u? Is he not part of the authority? |
dgmoni123:How can a politician move from Governor to state House of Assembly , not even National Assembly? Is that not self demotion? Invariably u are a local champion. |
valentineuwakwe:How are the mighty falling? Wike has become a masquerade dancing naked in public. What a twist of events. It only goes to show Nigerian politicians don't care about Nigeria or Nigerians. Wike ... APC... The Lord is our strength. |
Frank25:Why do people always want to create confusion with arms giving and tithe? You cannot replace one with the other. If u want to give arms, quietly do and don't call it tithe. Likewise if u want to give tithe quietly do and don't call it arms giving. Mind u both are not a prerequisite for us to make heaven as we have somehow abandoned the more important things and keep laying emphasis on tithing and arms giving. |
salesbloo:CBN said, go to their portal, fill and print the form and get the token then take same and the cash not more than 500k to your bank where it can now be accepted. You can also get the form at the CBN office close to u. Any amount above 500k will only be deposited at the CBN office in your state of residence. Meaning u still need CBN approval for your bank to accept the old notes from u as they won't without the CBN token. This was done to decongest the CBN offices nationwide. Do u ever think BVN and NIN will not be mandatory? |
salesbloo: [/quote]While the youths are holding endurance walk for their great grand father, he is busy contesting for President, to preside over them. God, pls recalibrate the mindset of the Nigerian youth to know that great grand fathers don't build a nation, Youths do. |

TMSMedia:In as much as POS operators are over charging customers it has not gotten to this point u are claiming. Why do we play this kind of lying politics in Nigeria. Dies ur supporting a candidate mean u blow everything out of proportion? I never expected this kind of okus pokus from u. What makes u different from Uncle lying Muhammed? |
Frezhkid10:Thank u |
Frezhkid10:Before claiming what u are not sure of why not look for the master plan handed down to Fashola by Tinubu and confirm for yourself if it has not been altered. Yes, it started as a state project on a federal road but was later handed over to the federal government when Fashola become minister. Mind u the stretch of Riad from marina to Badagry is a federal road. |
Exclusive101:Tinubu after 8yrs in office and with billion spent handed over the master plan of the road to Fashola. Fashola in his 8yrs in office as governor demolished peoples houses without compensation and didnt do any meaningful work other than the marina section and handed over to Ambode. During Ambodes' 4yrs Fasola become a federal minister of works housing n co and they enlisted the road as a federal project and later a world bank assisted project and till date that road has not gone beyond igbo-elerin just after this bridge in picture. Do u have any idea of state, federal and world bank funds that has been pumped into that road that has been used as a conduit pipe for the past 25yrs with no sign of completion in sight? Why are the leader of tomorrow mere influencers or hypmen for these great grand fathers that are supposed to be playing with their great grand children. The Nigeria we have today was built by youths, leaders in there 30's mostly, why are we now retarding this nation by floating people who have attained psychological menopause? As if we've not learnt anything from the current one. God Help Nigeria God Bless Nigeria. |
jaeyking:This is what our President and Governors including the CBN Governor could not do at the national and state levels to stop the exploitation of the citizenry. Rather they are giving us bogus time frame to ease what we all know they will do nothing about. There will come a day the citizens will be enlightened enough to rise against the political class. Breaking all those religious, ethnic and otger barriers that have been used to divide us. Till that day... Come to think of it, how do we feel praying to God after exploiting our brothers and sisters all in the name of cashing out big in this trying times for most Nigerian's? Do most of us know the God we claim to serve at all? God help us. |
englishmart:That sold in Nigeria is highly substandard, Go to cotonu and drink coke there, then you'll understand what I am saying. What is sold in Nigeria is just coloured water, excess sugar and preservative. |
I pity the youths of Nigeria who have reduced themselves to political hypemen. These people you are singing their praises, how old were they when they assumed leadership positions? How old are you? Below are the ages of leaders that developed this country even with their short comings; Tafawa Balewa 48 Azikiwe 58 Ironsi 41 Gowon was 31 Murtala 36 Obasanjo 38 Shagari 54 Buhari 41 Babangida 44 Abacha 50 After which politics became a scam, Grandfathers and great grandfather's started recycling themselves as leaders using the youth as touts, thugs, and most recently hypemen for money that cannot change their story. God save our youths and God bless Nigeria |
segtech68:Get her attention then tell her u don't want court marriage and give her reasons for your stand. Simple as abc |
What happened to all the dates your Principal and party promised that all the refineries will be working ito installed capacity? The Dangote refinery project that would have been a private solution later became a bureau de change hub for forex traders, how far has it gone? Do we even have anybody with conscience and common sense in this current government? As they only come and tell us whatever they feel not bothering if it makes sense or not. Which is why lying has become the order of the day. God help Nigeria and Nigerians. |
stano2:Hunanitarian service that starts and ends during the campaign period. Was he not governor for 8years? Which humanitarian service did he perform in those 8yrs other than the "go and die" he told that elderly woman which after public outcry he later went to apologise to. We allow politicians to use us as tools during their campaigns for peanut all in the name of stomach infrastructure only to be abandoned immediately the assume office. This is not only restricted to Edo state but its the same card politicians are playing across the country. Is hypeman the only thing left for the youths to be doing for these same people that destroy all opportunities for them to grow? |
MathewOG:As a Vice President do u have a voice of your own or you do the bidding of the President. Its like accusing Osinbajo of implementing a policy Buhari has not approved, its not possible. |
Nigeria is liken a mother who refuses to breast feed her own children under whatever guise only to give that sane breast feed other peoples children to suckle. God help us. |
Election year na so una go dey show face everywhere, after election na siren we go dey hear when una dey pass. |
Spactacle:Was he not at the front of anti subsidy removal campaign before 2015,/so what wisedom has made him to have a change of heart? |
brightbright:Did he end godfatherism or he benefited from infighting between godfathers that led to Ngiges removal and his installment. Why do we like skewing the truth. |
GOTVee:Instead of bringing an issue you know close to nothing about to the public domain and talk like you are vast in it, why not find someone with a better understanding than you and ask questions? |
Does he even keep records of the promises he is making or has made so far? Without an idea of the economic or boomerang effects of these promises. What am i even saying when at the end of the end of the day all promises will be cancelled like they did in 2025 and 2019. |
lhordspy:Nobody is underestimating anybody. As u said its my personal opinion which I believe some people also share. I just don't want to see a Nigeria where people will begin to see abandon struggles claiming they are the core of the struggle and their lives are threatened. Cos when they return they will be welcomed as hero's while those that held the forth are not even recognized. God bless Pa Alfred Rewane, Frank Kokori, Gani Fawehinme, Ndubuisi Kanu, Abubakar Umar Ayo Opadokun, Alao Aka Basorun, Bolaji Akinyemi, Bola Ige, Femi Falana, Olisa Agbakoba, Yinka and Joe Okei-Odumakin, Dele Momodu, Chima Ubani, Debo Adeniran, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, Omoyele Sowore, Segun Maiyegun, Segun Okeowo, Femi Aborisade, Joe Igbokwe, Solanke Onasanya, Kayode Fayemi, Shehu Sani, Olusegun Osoba, Tunji Braithwaite, etc. These to me are some the real hero's of democracy. The type Nigeria needs. |
lhordspy:I mean no disrespect but its funny how we eulogies what many see as cowardice. If we revere these people that ran to a foreign land for safety when the going got though, what do we have to say about those that stood and fought for what they believed in like Frank Kokori, the then NLC President n co.? Many if whom languished and died in different prisons across the country. When democracy finally came many of them were never honoured or their names even mentioned. Rather those that ran to foreign lands returned as democrats and became they same monster they fought against wen they assumed office. Bottom line, those that stayed n sfiught under the then military dictators are the real hero's of democracy. Mind u .I am not Obidiebt or Atikulated, i'm just a Nigerian that hates when black is been brandished .as white. |

Even though I'm a born again Christian, any Christian that participates in the celebration of Xmas will end up in Hell. The bible commands we Christians to celebrate the death of our lord Jesus (Luke 22:19b; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26) and not his birth. Any Christian celebrating what is contrary to the bible commandment will end up in eternal pain. Do not celebrate Xmas to avoid regrettable consequences. Jesus was mentioned in the Holy Quran but you'll never find any of our Muslim brothers and sister celebrating his birth
