OP do u no wat legacy means?
To show us these projects that an individual can embark on n complete in less than 4yrs as legacy projects for Bayelsa state is disheartening.

PMB needs at least 15yrs to solve half of our problems. Infrastructures are in a sorry state from roads to health sector to education etc. Our governors are not helping and dey have strangled d local governments in their dormain even d lawmakers are another problem. We have the highest budget ever in the history of Nigeria but even civil servants are been owed salaries, n according to the senate "less than 15% of 2017 budget was disbussed", so wat happened to the remaining 85%?

Pls don't mention PMB n think of development cos he has no idea of wat it means or how to achieve it, the man jus want his name in history as both a one time Head of state and President, shikena.

Keep PMB as president for 100yrs, the only development u'll get is Islamization and more sophisticated herdsmen.

Dis is not peculiar to Asaba but the entire Patani LGA in Delta state as well and still under this same BEDC.

I was opportune to visit and the LGA and was shocked to discover that this is one LGA where everybody runs on generator even though transformers and all electricity cables are okay.

These marketers also pay people to vandalise sensitive equipment and thwart every effort by the communities to ensure the black out remains constant and their petroleum products are continuously being patronized.

The LGA chairman n co turn n look d oda way while the people r forcefully being extorted.

Only God knows if they even have light now cos for almost 3 to 4yrs now the indegenes say its one story after the other.

Cos they get into it for the wrong reasons

We only hear, we have lost billions n trillions but we have neva heard what they have done with the ones that were not lost.

So, that can not be a reason. The projects in question are close to completion. He should have seen to their completion. As I said, it will not stop him from paying salaries etc.

This projects require completion. It is not a starting point and it will bring the state progress.

If u say the project is near completion n is of economic value to d state then Gov. Wike should pls look for a way of raising funds n not allow this edifice to go to waste. even though the state is not as buoyant as it used to be.

Cos it still is an asset of the good people of Rivers state n should not b allowed to lie waste even if it was someone else's idea.

Also, we have lots of salary issues in Rivers State. Do not be partisan. The challenges the RSSDA workers are facing highlights this.
